It worked like a charm- better than Vitra had hoped for honestly. She threw the ball and the Nincada sprang to meet it, hardly fighting even a little against the capsule. Her job over, Midori sank to her belly to sunbathe, enjoying the warmth of the sun on her body, and Vitra spent just a moment to watch the Kricketot run back to whatever life it had lived before. The Nincada was hers, and if one was all she could take then so be it.
She was happy with that.
