As soon as Marchbaby saw the Butterfree he had no doubt it was not a shiny and certainly not as special as Triumph. Though he had no intention of capturing Butterfree he was not going to pass up yet another chance to train Shocker even more before the Bug Catching Contest came to a close. Without so much as a second to think of his strategy he ordered Shovker to strike so that they could move on to the last encounter without running out of time.
" Shocker use Thunderbolt and take care of this Butterfree for me. If we did not have Triumph it might be worth the effort to catch but I cannot give up a shiny Scyther for it." Shocker then started to build up a charge of electricity before getting ready to fire at the bug.
OOC: Shocker uses Thunderbolt.

As the Butterfree fell in defeat a wild Illumise was the last Pokemon Marchbaby encounted as the Bug Catching Contest was moments from ending. He had no interest in capturing the Illumise as it was nowhere near as rare as Triumph so he decided to knock it out so he could officially end his participation in this round of the contest. " Shocker you did great this time around, a shame we are going to take a massive hit to our score with how many Sport Balls Triumph broke out of but at least you can earn a little more experience before we go. Use Thunderbolt on this Illumise and then once this battle is over we will head to the receptionist area."
Shocker then prepared another strike hoping a single Thunderbolt would be all it would take to end this final battle so they could continue on their journey.
