ZAIDEN KABILA Aspiring Champion : On | Time: Day Traveling deeper into the forest proved to garner Zaiden and his team no favors. The same problems presented themselves whether he stepped off the beaten path or remained on it. Large spiderwebs stretched in odd patches in the open spaces between stalky trees. Long vines draped from the woody barks off the canopies overhead and created barrier along the path he had to hack his way through or find breaks within where he could squeeze through without getting clawed by their thorns. Zaiden’s Pokémon followed at their own pace and carried on conversations at their own leisure. Kiji hopped about banging his head as he jammed to the tunes inside of his head. “The charcoal that fueled our fire then has left a burn status on us both!” His voice rang in a loud, shrill bark that bordered on a harsh howl. Zaiden covered his ears and rolled his eyes; those classic brown irises studied the strange bready looking pooch carefully, though Kiji listened to no reason when he was really feeling himself. “I know the shards fit ‘cause I watched them tumble down, no fault, none to blame!” Raion jumped in front of the bright yellow dog and tapped Kiji on the shoulder with a tilt of her head. This forest was hot and humid and gave no favors as the vicious sands scraped against their delicate flesh. Small sparks ran through her short, dense blue fur. “Your singing sucks, my dog, can you knock that off?! Like, I am ready to fight you over this! One shock…it’s all I’m saying!” She kicked a bit of sand up, knocking it in Bībā's face, before rushing off through the tangle of overgrowth that inhabited the forest. Kiji puffed up, ready to chase after his companion. Bībā stumbled past and bumped into him. Kiji spun around, lips pulled taut against the sides of his face, and pinned his ears down with a vicious snarl. “Nothing suffocates you more than the passing of everyday rude Pokémon!” He whined loudly. He wanted to teach her a lesson. As he leaped over Bībā, Kiji flipped face first into patch of poisonous ivy, causing the small pup to yelp loudly. Zaiden rushed over and helped carefully pluck his Pokémon free, while doing his best to avoid brushing against the wild plant. “Kiji, you really need to be more careful! Aren’t you weak to poison…hang on…” A small blue bat fluttered down from one of the trees in the heat of the catastrophe. It’s long blue wings easily and nimbly darted around the thick trunks and between the tangle of prickly vines and brambly bushes. “Oh! Are you all having fun? Can I join! I want to have fun, too!” Bībā stopped and turned to the bat with a tilt of his head. He was headed off to find the right place to carve some wood, before bumping into Kiji, and hadn’t been given the chance to respond to Kiji before Zaiden jumped in the midst of the fray. “Who, me?” He asked quietly. Zubat nodded, fluttering in short circles over Bībā. “Of course! I don’t really see anyone else here? Well…I can’t see anyways. But I mean, anyone else who isn’t busy and doesn’t sound like an absolute jerk!” Bībā was positive that Zubat was talking about Raion with his comment, and couldn’t disagree. She was… so difficult to get along with. It was a wonder anyone could get along with her! Bībā giggled, “ok! Let’s see if I can catch you first. Sound fun?” He tucked himself up into a tight ball, and played chase with Zubat. Zubat zipped through the air as fast as it could, whilst Bībā tried his best to strike it out of the skies. “I’m going to get you!” He warned, while Zubat just responded, “Oh, no you won’t!” OOC: Bībā uses Rollout x3!
