A little Burmy slowly dropped down from a sticky string nearby Alex. The trainer turned around, as he noticed something moving within his peripheral vision. It chirped with some enthusiasm in its voice. "Um... I'm just trying to get away from the other Pokemon in this tree. They're up dancing and singing again. WHY is everyone trying to be a show performer here? I much prefer sitting on a tree branch under the bright moonlight and enjoy a sip of Water" The seemingly sheepish or shy duo type Pokemon appeared.
"Then why did you slide down here to show your face? What if we're also dancing?" Spiden asked snarkily.
"Uh, I'm hoping you didn't see me! I'm just trying to swing over to the other tree to hide."
"Well, it's too late. Do you want to vent your frustration then?"
"Oh, are you asking me for a battle? Sure!"

"Alright, here I go!" The Burmy swung itself from its sticky string over to the Ariados, giving it a nibble from its tiny mouth within the leafy covering.
"Not bad, kid." Spiden complimented her fellow bug, then slammed onto the Burmy with another ground transportation crawling. The dangling pedestrian took a hit like a bus, but it wouldn't be able to take Spiden to the garden court for trial.
"Wow, you hit hard! I'm actually old. Like I've watched the Kimono Girls grow up here old." The Burmy stammered as it was impressed by the strength of that Shadow Sneak.
"Ahh. I'm sorry. You all sound the same to me." The Ariados gently spoke to apologize.
"Wait, don't knock it out!" Alex grabbed a Love Ball, and hurled it, hoping to capture this one for his Pokedex once again.

You can't "borrow" in an active battle normally. Made exception this time. <3 Catch: oRQ3qU4hp_1-100Thought calculator was broken as with Ariados' gender it didn't change catch rate for male Burmy.
Then checked Bulba: "if the wild Pokémon is the same species and of the opposite gender".
Double-checked Calc with female burmy vs male burmy to confirm. This is so bogus, Tiki, I'm sorry.
I didn't see any Exclusive Differences for us but I'd be all game for a conversation for that now.1-100 |

The Burmy was sucked into the capture device. The sphere dropped on the ground and shook for a few seconds before stopping into a celebratory ding. The sky continued to hail, pelting hard ice on the ground, making loud clanging noises at other shattered ice or some man-made things like sculptures and plaque. Alex put on his wintery jacket and then found a cover inside a conveniently nearby gazebo. He was going to wait out this hail. He also had returned his Ariados now, to save his bug type from being smacked by the merciless weather.
He was wondering how long this hail would be, or a passing one. He hunched over and placed his hands inside his warm jacket pockets. He stared into the open space and patiently waited for the hailing to stop. Hopefully, it would stop soon, so he could make a decision to continue the garden or head back to Pokemon Center.
