Coming from Mushroom Bank.

Coming out of the cave like narrow passage, Joe was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a calming view in front of him. It wasn't just the view either, the smell was fairly pleasing to the nose and seemed to instil a sense of calmness in the biker. "Finally, a place that doesn't seem all that bad and... Oh!" Peering down the pathway, Joe laughed to himself as he noticed it was a very leisurely downhill stroll. "Nothing like the one to the conifer zone. That really was a bloomin' death trap. I think i'll take my time with this one." Casually moving forward, he followed along the ornately designed pathway and admired the scenery around him as he proceeded onwards, unaware of where he would be returning to.

The next area the group came too was pretty hilly and had a bunch of trees some of which looked like the move headbutt would knock something out of them. The rest of the area however was not all that different then the rest of the forest but it was still a good chance to stretch out their legs knowing there was still a lot of walking before they would reach Goldenrod so they might as well enjoy the experience as they inched towards their goal. Thankfully nothing but distance would get in their way as they walked along the pass day dreaming about what Goldenrod would look like. Tyler knew it was the largest city in Johto but as a Blackthorn native it was too far away from him to actually visit until now.

" I know Team Rocket's headquarters are in Goldenrod but besides that the city is a large unknown area to me. If it is as big as they claim though we should find a bunch of useful things there. I have heard the gym leader there is tough so we will have to train Juggernaut once we get out of the forest as a precaution. If he is as tough as his species tends to be it will make for quite a spectacle." He said as the group tried to stay on the right path. The forest was a very confusing place and even a hilly area like this was easy to get turned around in. 

Höllenhund was ready to have a heart attack as he looked for a shortcut of some kind. Even as the alpha male of the Burned Tower he never had to walk this much and he was really getting sick of it. A leader like himself should not have to deal with such an annoying maze for this long. Before he could launch another ember however Tyler saw another sign up ahead. Like the last one it was in really rough shape but he was able to make out most of it after a few moments. " This path here will take us to the Conifer Crest. After that there is just three more stops until we can leave this forest for good." Höllenhund was ready to kill whoever designed the forest this way as that was a lot more walking for him to do. He could hardly wait to leave the forest and explore the big city on the other end.
