After her recent exploration of Dark Cave, Sharada decided to take a few steps backwards, revisiting over places she had already been to. Making her first stop in the area of New Bark town, the change of the seasons sure had given the small area an entirely new appearance. The autumn meant that the trees were now scattered with golden crunchy leaves, many covering the grass and once obvious dirt path that cut along the center of the route.
Digging her hands deeply into her center jumper pocket, Sharada had pulled over the warmly knitted hood, which was attached to her jumper, over the top of her messy nest like hair to warm up her ears from the chilly autumn breeze. As her long boots crunched loudly against the crumpled leaves on the ground, a series of various patters could be made out from behind her. Lifting a hand from her pocket, she turned her head to glance over her shoulder, moving the hood to one side, "How are you guys holding up?"
Waddling at their own pace behind Sharada were a pair of baby like Pokemon, known to the world as Togepi and Buneary. The female trainer had decided to use this day off for a day of bonding as such, it'd be a waste not to let the babies of her team play about in the piles of leaves. As they chirped happily, a warm smile etched across Sharada's lips. They were both so adorable it was somewhat painful sending them in to battle but Togepi especially, oddly enjoyed the feeling of winning.
Lifting the duo up into her arms and nudging them up onto her shoulders, Sharada moved a little from the safety of the path and more into the depths of the tall grass. It was time to find some suitable opponents.

Suitable opponents? It was difficult to say if she would find any in this haven for low levelled Pokemon. The majority were all fairly inexperienced in terms of battling and were more used to trading tackles and scratches mixing in the odd growl now and then with newly registered trainers. There were a flock of Spearow flying together in the sky and were obviously out hunting for something. Far off in the distance a rather cheeky little Zigzagoon was darting in and out of fallen twigs of wood and was keenly looking for dropped items by trainers, Pokemon and trees alike. Nevertheless, it would be the nearest swathe of tall wild grass that would present itself with an arguably weird opponent. It may not have been tough in the typical sense but the fact it was constantly dizzying itself with its fancy footwork may leave the opponent with a sense of confusion themselves. It sprung forward, as if presenting itself on stage but comically almost tripped up on itself as it came forward, meaning what should have been a grandiose pose was a slip forward and then a teeter backwards as it regained its footing. Spinda were incredibly rare along this route due to the fact they were not native here and recent reports from the local Pokemon search laboratory pinpointed their numbers in the wild due to a travelling Spinda magician who winded up releasing them all upon falling in love with the Johto exclusive Pokemon of Furret. This Spinda in particular retained some of its theatrical presence but had more than a bone to pick in order to vent its anger. Encounter

Sharada felt Buneary beginning to twitch her ears wild as the sound of rustling grass approached them. Twisting her head slowly as to try not to knock her off her shoulders, the female trainer raised her eyebrow, "Something caught ya eye?" Her question was answered as soon as she spoke, a rather strange teddy bear like creature prancing itself out of the grass. The trio stood in silence for a moment, watching as it span into a pose before falling flat on it's face.
The sound of Pidgey's echoed amongst the tree's as Sharada and her team remained silent, not being sure what to think after seeing such a strange display. For the brunette, this wasn't her face time being faced with a Spinda. Her first encounter was with a rather mischievous one, pestering the local Professor and disturbing the streets of New Bark. This one, however, seemed a little more comical, it had taken a while but shortly after his fall both Togepi and Buneary had erupted into little giggles.
With a laugh of uncertainty, Sharada knelt to the floor to allow the two Pokemon to jump back to the ground, "You guys like this little fella? Then, how about we let the little teddy join our team, hm?" Undoing a small bell from Togepi's egg like casing, she switched it over to Buneary who bounced happily, the bell creating a soothing chime, "Then I'll leave it to you to convince it." Rubbing the tip of Buneary's nose affectionately, Sharada stood back to her feet, eyes focusing on the somewhat insane species in front of her, "Start things off with a Pound!" Buneary was happy to comply, stretching out her ears to indicate she had understood the command before she bounced into action.

The Spinda wobbled dazedly on the spot. As its eyes swirled around like miniature vortexes, it observed how the Buneary looked and decided adamantly that it did not like it. Not one bit. No chance in hell. This thing was similar in colour to those blasted Furrets it's master had ran off with when it had been abandoned. It shook on the spot as it wildly span around in a dizzy little display of anger and seemingly had forgot that it was in battle. Buneary was more than happy to slap some sense into it and remind it of the situation it was in. With a skip and a hop the cute little bunny went forward and pounded its fist right into the Spinda's face and had it spinning backwards like a whirling dervish. It slowly got back to its feet and lulled its head with every spin around its shoulders. Not only did the Buneary look similar to Furret in the Spinda's mind but it also hit like one too. Now fuming, it sped towards the bunny Pokemon with a bone to pick and was possibly preparing a strong attack. However, as it got within striking distance, a twisted branch on the floor with a small raise entangled its foot surprisingly and as it lurched forward, the foot of the Spinda was held in place and it landed forwards with a tumbling motion. Although it had meant to do something else, it had performed a rather damaging tackle that had Buneary fall back to by Sharada's feet. It hopped back and with a resilient squeak jumped back into place. Buneary was sure to not let this goof ball get the upper hand over it. Wild Battle

This once comical Spinda was starting to come across as if he wanted to lay down it's wrath on Sharada's Buneary. It definitely didn't seem to happy anyway and whilst the baby Togepi was clapping with excitement and cheering on the little bunny, Buneary was infact picking up on it too. There was no way that rolling hit was playful, it hurt a lot more than it should've, making the cinnamon coloured rabbit a bit more on edge and serious.
Noticing her change in behaviour, Sharada tilted her head to the side slightly, "Dont over do it Buneary, let me know if this thing becomes a pain. There is no need to feel annoyed by recieving a bit of back up." Despite her trainers words, Buneary shook her head from side to side. She was determined to win this one on her own. "If you insist... Pound it once more and dont hold back. Seems like this one doesnt want to play games with ya."

Pound it once more. That's all the little rabbit could hear in its mind as it went charging forward with a few great hops. If there was anything that could be said about Sharada's Buneary was that it was an incredibly agile Pokemon. It seemed to effortlessly glide forward as it hopped off each and every step of the way. As it landed before the annoying Spina. It squeaked something out as if it was insulting it for being so insane. Spinda did not react to this kindly and span around giddily while spouting out something of its own back to the adorable little bunny. Buneary gawked at what it had said and with a swift pound to the face again, Spinda felt dizzier than ever. That out of season Easter bunny was really vying for Spinda's #1 most hated enemy. Furret in second place of course. Before Buneary could treat back to its side of the battlefield, Spinda tripped forward and crashed its rotund head into Buneary with her back turned and sent her flying at Sharada. This Spinda was starting to fight unfairly. Buneary muttered something under her breath and it soon was becoming clear that by the time this battle was over, she'd be delighted to see the end of the dizzy pest. Wild Battle

It was becoming clear on Sharada's face that she regretted agreeing to fight this Spinda. Her memories of the heart shaped one attacking her were being to flood back and they weren't exactly the most welcoming. It was pretty strange seeing such a sour expression spread across her face, especially since she usually had a liking to all things cute... Spinda's were becoming vastly annoying, however. Even the way it was attacking had started to tick her off. Falling about like a idiot and smashing it's heavy head into her poor little Buneary. Watching as she fluffed herself back up, the soft panting she was starting to make suggested that Buneary probably couldn't take much more.
As the fluffy rabbit was preparing another bounce, the female trainer thought it would be best to intervene. This clumsy creature might be a little difficult to capture so early in the battle but she didn't want Buneary to lose either or have her hopes crushed by replacing her with something else. "Let's attempt it.." Sharada mumbled to the rabbit, giving a satisfied nod as if to say she was doing a fine job. With a flick of her wrist, Sharada tossed a Pokeball overhead, hoping to capture this pest and get it out of the way.

The Spinda murmured something cursing under its breath and looked to the opposing team as they seemed to be up to something. Thinking this would be another command to attack the Spinda started blabbering as it span around confusedly on the spot and span up a storm. Instead, as opposed to being hit, the spot panda looked on as Buneary merely stood there and stuck her tongue out as Sharada lobbed the Pokeball forward. It span through the air, spinning almost as much as the Spinda. It made contact and levitated in the air as it scooped up the Pokemon into the ball.
*BURST*
Unfortunately it seemed it was so bitter about being released from the last time it was owned that it wasn't going to be caught so easily this time. It yelled out loud something in its annoying voice and then span forward as it neared Buneary who was still out on the field. It tackled into it and had to stop itself from falling over. The more it spinned, the less in control it seemed however. As it made its way back to the other side of the battlefield it was having the greatest of difficulty in standing upright. Wild Battle

As the ball drew in the small teddy bear, engulfing it in a bright light, Sharada crossed her fingers in hope that this crazy thing wouldn't pop back out. Her hatred for them was growing but perhaps if she were to capture it she could swap it on to someone else. After all, they weren't the most common thing to see. Only her dreams were shattered as the stupid bear popped itself back out somehow, spinning at an outragous speed. Buneary was in trouble but it was far to late to save her now. Both Sharada and Togepi cried out in unison as Buneary was hit and was now struggling to keep on it's feet. Kneeling to the floor hurriedly to support Buneary, she tugged another ball from her belt. If this one failed, then Buneary would most likely end up being down and out, leaving Sharada no choice but to kick the Spinda's face in herself.

As Sharada prepped another Pokeball, the Spinda was clear as to what she was attempting this time. Instead of preparing for an attack it tried spinning away from the Pokeball that was flying through the air and honing in on it with incredibly velocity. It ensnared it with red light as it touched it on the back lightly and sucked it up inside the device much like a hoover would clean up all the dust on a floor. This time it fell and began shaking. Once, twice a third time and...

Your Buneary fought courageously and has levelled up! It went up by 3 levels and is now Level 8! Buneary would also like to learn the move Endure. Delete a move so it can learn the move Endure? It also earned +2 Happiness! Sharada's Buneary was needless to say incredibly happy to have survived that onslaught with the horrific spot panda Pokemon. It looked up to Sharada and gave it its thanks. It seemed absolutely over the moon in thanks to Sharada's mastery over the battle as well as that fiendish Spinda being locked away. If a Pokeball had to use a key to unlock it open, she was half tempted at suggesting to throw it away. Nevertheless, the route was open clear again for her to explore.

The moment the ball stopped wobbling, Sharada felt immediately relieved, the Pokeball holding the newly Pokemon being the last thing on her mind. Instead, she scooped up Buneary in her arms, cuddling her tightly whilst Togepi began patting her ears, "You did so well, Buneary! Well done on your first real victory!" The fluffy rabbit began to cry out happily, twitching its ears every now and again to poke Togepi back. For now, she deserved a little rest so climbed back to the safety of Sharada's shoulders. Repeating the process of swapping the Soothe Bell back to Togepi, Sharada grinned happily, "Then let's swap back to you, hm? I wonder what other creatures are lurking about." Almost forgetting the Pokeball which had merged into the tall grass in front of her, a rather unimpressed sigh left her lips as she retrieved it. Examining the ball, both Togepi and Buneary seemed to frown at it angrily. Obviously this wasn't going to be their new play friend. With a shrug of her shoulders gently, causing Buneary and Togepi to wobble for a moment, she hid the ball back into her bag, "Psch, strange thing."
Wading her way back out of the tall grass, Sharada stood in the middle of the leaf covered path and glanced back and forth at the landscape around her. There were plenty of directions to take but just exactly where to go first was the question. Since the game had been passed onto Togepi, Sharada nudged her gently with her forehead, "Any ideas?" Remaining silent for a moment, Togepi cutely placed her hand across her mouth as she decided which direction to take. With a cheerful chirp, she pointed towards an eerie thicket of trees. Not seeing the harm in atleast poking her head around a few tree trunks, she followed the direction of Togepi's finger, wondering what she could possibly bump into next.

The recent scuffle at the outskirts of Route 29 had bought about the attention of a naturally curious Pokemon. Even from birth the Pokemon had dared do things that most other wild Pokemon would deem outright madness. It would typically stroll into New Bark Town and sneak into people's houses so that it could eat their food and sleep in their bedding without the elements disturbing it at night time. The whole noise that had occurred but moments ago had triggered its curiosity and had it move from the warm confines of a nearby house out into the open in order to find out what had happened. It had remembered seeing an obnoxiously loud Spinda earlier which had drove it from its favourite napping spot in the route. As it neared closer it observed there was a female trainer about. Perhaps she had been the one who silenced it? She seemed to be on the search for something and the unidentified Pokemon could no longer hear any annoying Spinda cries. It jumped forth from the bushes and made itself known. With an affectionate purr and cute little rub of its cheek, the Meowth made itself known. It almost looked as if it was testing Sharada to deem her worthy or not. Encounter

After poking her head around one or two tree trunks, it wasn't long before Sharada bumped into yet another Pokemon. This was a tad more welcoming, a rather adorable looking Meowth which purred with glee as it emerged from between the bushes. Buneary and Togepi began chirping together happily, perhaps this Meowth had a better chance of being friends with them? Afterall, cats were usually playful creatures but then again, after meeting Joe's they could be incredibly cheeky aswell.
The arm Togepi was leaning on soon reached the door as the female trainer knelt to the ground, allowing the small egg to carefully waddle her way down to the floor, "Then, I choose you, Togepi." Inbetween her words, Buneary made several cheerful chirps as if to support Togepi before she wandered into battle. With a playful jump, it waddle a little towards the Meowth, the feline staring at the small egg in wonder for a few moments. The way it's eyes latched onto Togepi was a little worrying. Sure, the cat had sharp claws and teeth but it was best not to underestimate her either.
Parting her lips to order a move, a rather creepy sight hit the trio. The Meowth's face had morphed into that of a psychotic and Cheshire like grin, purring under it's breath loudly at the same time. It was pretty much impossible to work out what the now crazy looking creature was thinking. Thinking it'd be best to attack now, Sharada nodded a head towards the Meowth, "Metronome!"

As far as this Meowth was concerned, not all was what it seemed. It had come across as cutesy but instead seemed to harbour a rather different side to its personality. Like two sides of the same coin. Nevertheless, Togepi seemed thoroughly happy to be able to battle once more. It may have been a mere hatchling but it was really starting to enjoy sparring around in battles. All of its playmates it had fought against so far were such fun. Knowing that its best form of attack would be to Metronome and see what amazing move it had in store for today, Togepi had already pre-empted Sharada's order and began wiggling away with child like delight. After an intense finger wiggling session (Which was surprising its hand hadn't fallen off from how vigorously it was performing the gesture) it paused on the spot and was learning how to momentarily perform a move. With a lightning flash bolt going through its mind, Togepi knew EXACTLY what it had to do. Seismic Toss. It zoomed forwards with surprising agility and with its stubby little arms grappled the ambivalent little pussy cat. It heaved it up in the air and the two of them went flying into what seemed to be outer space. As they reached an incredible height, Togepi whisked itself around in the air and sent the two of them crashing back down to the ground; Meowth being used as a cushion of course. As they made impact, the fact neither of them were particularly heavy impeded matters so that it didn't create an enormous sized crater but the impact left Meowth a lot worse for wear. It staggered up and looked to Togepi and with a quick swipe of its claws, ran them up the Pokemon's front. Fortunately the egg casing protected Togepi from serious harm but it seemed somewhat agitated. It thought battles were always fun and games. The realisation that the opponent was out to harm it made tears swell up in its eyes. Wild Battle

The sudden burst of energy startled both Sharada and Buneary, let alone the Meowth. As the little egg began charging at a great speed, the look of confusion was the only thing plastered across the females face. Nothing was ever old with Togepi. Infact, the confusion deepened as the egg grappled hold of Meowth and shot up into the air. Stumbling backwards slightly, Sharada's feet crunching against the dry leaves were the only sound they could hear for a number of seconds. Glancing upward, she used her hand to block the rays from the sun before jumping out of her skin as the two Pokemon came crashing back down to earth.
Due to the impact, a rather large dust cloud had risen, causing everything in the proximity to cough and splutter. Using her hand to fan away the dust around her face, she was surprised to see Togepi bouncing about happily ontop of the still smiling kitty. She had obviously used it to cushion her fall and seemed to have next to no injuries. Rubbing the back of her head, it was stupid to try and figure the Pokemon out. A grumble soon escaped from the Meowth's lips as it pushed itself to it's paws, weakly, before slashing out it's claws. The pathetic attempt just bounced straight off of Togepi's shell. Tilting her head to one side, she blinked cutely. It didn't seem like she felt a thing.
With the cat on it's last legs, which was no surprise after such an insane attack, Sharada plucked out a spare Pokeball from her belt. It's creepy grin was a little frightening but for him to withstand such a strong Seismic Toss, the kitty showed great potential. Flicking her wrist, Sharada tossed a ball towards the Meowth.
