[The REAL Joey]

By the time Buneary had been summoned forth to protect both trainers, the youngster had pulled his sports cap from off of his head and was using it to shield his face. "Stupid Weedle! I'd be okay if I had my Rattata!" The Weedle didn't seem to care but angrily tried charging Joey. Buneary hopped forward and defended its share of the battlefield fearlessly. The size of the Weedle compared to the rabbit wasn't at all similar and it almost appeared that one stomp from the rabbit would squish the caterpillar all over the floor.

Having already been given its order, the Buneary moved forward and angrily retaliated against the poisonous caterpillar. It understood the Pokemon had got a bee in its bonnet but it wasn't going to sit idly by as its trainer and friend were in the line of fire from its anger. It raised its foot above it and with a severe pound downwards, unleashed its attack. As the foot covered the Weedle entirely, Buneary looked around confusedly as if to say "that wasn't supposed to happen." Moving her foot out the way, it seemed Weedle had been outright squashed...

Joey breathed a sigh of relief and slowly got to his feet, happy that the Weedle didn't use him as a pin cushion to jab its little stinger on. Brushing his back down he thanked Sharada. "Oh boy! It's a good thing you were about. That Weedle seemed utterly mental." Looking to her Buneary the youngster nodded. "You sure have a strong Pokemon. I don't think i've ever seen a Weedle get squished like that..." After a moment's awkward silence, Joey began talking about something equally nonsensical. "So, huh, this older Joey. What else is he like?!"

Their conversation whittled on but unbeknownst to them on a tree branch positioned above their head was a Caterpie. It was the same one from before that had eaten the leaf Weedle was so angry about losing. The two caterpillars had always been at each others necks as rivals but instead of feeling happiness upon seeing its long time rival squished, it was filled with sadness and bitter rage. Looking down, it wriggled just above the little one's head and let itself take gravity's course.

It landed on with a thud and began trying to beat up the youngster with its many suction pad like feet.

[Morrigan]

Raising her eyebrows at the sight of Buneary crushing the Weedle with a single stamp, Sharada simple stared for a moment before shaking her head in disbelief. As the bunny returned to her side with a sense of victory in each step, the female trainer began clapping her hands slowly whilst Togetic was looping all over the place in the air, cheering on Buneary as if she had just defeated the most strongest pokemon in the entire world. "Good job Buneary!" She eventually grinned downwards, watching as she began to bounce around in excitement. The little rabbit really loved all this recent praise.

With Joey still on the floor, Sharada leaned forward to offer him a hand but he seemed to push his way back to his feet just fine on his own. Feeling a little warm and fuzzy inside as she began to gain her own praise from this little squirt, she straightened her back and began rubbing the tip of her nose with her finger, "Buneary is pretty strong despite being so young." Remembering that his Rattata was still probably resting after their recent battle, Sharada placed a gentle hand on top of his cap, "Heh, Rattata would've taken that thing out no problem aswell."

As he asked about the other Joe, Sharada had to turn away for a moment. She had already made a mistake by mentioning him, explaining to the kid that he was a thief would probably make him come across as cool, she didn't want to ruin his life by giving him false thoughts. "On second thoughts, he's no one. Just a random idiot, hahahahahaha!" Her laugh turned incredibly fake as she turned back to see the sight of another Pokemon trying to attack the youngster. What was going on? She had only taken her eyes away from him for a split second. With her trusty Buneary looking to pounce into action, Sharada ordered her to attack again, "Save Joey and Pound that thing too!"

[The REAL Joey]

Buneary couldn't believe it. THIS had been what got the Weedle so riled up? Yet another tiny little caterpillar. Appearance wise it didn't seem like much and at least the Weedle had a number of stingers at its disposal. Nevertheless, it was getting pretty fed up with stomping on bugs over and over so the chance to end this for good was something it was longing for. As Joey came to the realisation what had landed upon him, he began swooshing his cap about as he tore it from his head. "AH GEDDIT OFF! GEDDIT OFFFFF!" He pranced around akin to that of a headless chicken and eventually the Caterpie had to let go from how shook up it was getting. Landing on the floor with a thud, it assumed a fighting position as it saw the Buneary coming for it.

It's first instinct was to get out of the way but the crafty Caterpie had a trick up its suction pods. It stood there, almost frozen on the spot and waited for Buneary to lift its foot. The poor bunny was about to see why it had become Weedle's most hated rival. Unsuspecting of anything, Buneary did indeed ready her foot for squashing time and let rip with a pounding stamp. It's face screwed up as it didn't feel like the last caterpillar it had squished... Where was the satisfying sound?! And then, it became clear. Caterpie had quickly dashed out of the way and ran up Buneary's legs and was doing whatever it could to beat it up. It had forsaken all official moves and was going in a frenzy. Buneary began squeaking at how furious it was pounding away at it.

With a hop in the air, the rabbit began rolling on the ground in an attempt to shake off the tricky opponent. As it set itself free, it was clear Buneary had been absolutely hammered by the angry Caterpie. Panting heavily, she barely managed to stand up and crush down its foot on top of the Caterpie with a Pound. Unfortunately for the Caterpie, it had fallen on its back and was having trouble getting back up. It was too bad it got squished this time otherwise it might have made an excellent addition to Sharada's team.

With that tiny threat now safely contained or rather splattered all over Route 29's dirth path, Joey jumped for joy at another successful battle. "Man! You sure are tough! Me and Rattata would have the most longest of battles but you sure made this one look easy! EPIC!" He began bouncing around excitedly but skidded to a halt as everyone's attention was drawn to Buneary. As with Togepi before her, the rabbit Pokemon was now engulfed in a fantastic light. Was a similar metamorphosis taking place?! Joey did his best to shield his eyes from the light but kept looking and gasping in pain as the light pierced at him. "WOAH! I saw this happen before with your other Pokemon!" He seemed intrigued. "I want my Pokemon to do it!"

[Morrigan]

The Caterpie what had appeared was completely and utterly insane! The way it wriggled all over Joey was creepy enough but things really started to change once Buneary came into the scene. Nudging Joe, she brought him towards her to keep him in a safe proximity. If anything were going to hurt him, it'd had to get past her first. Or atleast, thats what she wanted to think. This little green caterpillar even gave her the case of the shivers.

As it battled Buneary in a way Sharada didn't dream of, she watched in horror at the sight of the small rabbit falling to it's last legs. It had attacked her multiple times by wriggling all over her body aswell, this Caterpie really was something else. With a sharp shrug, it seemed Buneary had turned the tables of the battle in an instant, squishing yet another disgusting creature with a single stomp of her paw.

Joey seemed particularly thrilled with the turnout of the battle, even though it was pretty much his fault that caused it in the first place. Placing a hand on her hip and raising her eyebrows to him, she was about to say how he should be more careful when an incredibly bright light hit her in the corner of her eye. Squinting slightly and placing a hand over her eyes, she tried to see where the light was coming from.

It was indeed the shape of little Buneary! What luck she was having recently! With a smile, she watched along side Togetic as the shape began to morph, "I'm so happy that you guys are willing to evolve just for me, thank you." Togetic began wiggling happily on the spot, sensing how genuinely pleased Sharada was. The trio sure was giving a happy vibe and in a way, she was hoping Joe was learning something from this.


OOC: This makes no sense, I'm so tired lol. But thanks so much for sticking with me for so long. *O* I owe ya!

[The REAL Joey]

Not fearful of what was happening to it, Buneary could be heard squeaking excitedly as it knew it's time to evolve had come. It had seen what happened to Togepi and was hoping that the transformation it would undergo was going to be just as amazing. It would kill for a pair of wings like Togetic had! As the light got brighter and brighter, stray beams whizzed around the vicinity and covered the general area in an unbeatable bright light. Buneary let out a final cheerful squeak and then felt its body changing entirely. The last bright flash that spread across Route 29 was the signal that Buneary had finished undergoing the transition.

The now taller, much slender rabbit hopped forward with incredible glee as it went to greet its trainer in its new form. Extending out its now longer arms, Lopunny got Sharada's attention and posed before it, showing off its incredible new look. Joey also peered out of his hands and his jaw dropped at the incredible change in its appearance. "HUUUH?! But it looks different! It was smaller than me last time and now its..." He looked up at the Lopunny and gawked.

Before he could go on about Sharada helping him evolve his Rattata, a rather alarming phonecalled beckoned. RING RING RING, RING RING RING, PHONE CALL, PHONE CALL! It repeated annoyingly over and over until Joey wised up and realised it was his own mobile. "Oh... Er, hold on. It's probably Mikey sayin' he saw us and is SUPER jealous." He moved away and responded. "MOOOOM! I told you not to phone me when i'm out training my top percentage Rattata...! Huh? What's that? Dinner's on the table?! I'll be RIGHT there." Joey bleeped his conversation and turned to Sharada.

"Hey Shara, I am really sorry but my mom of all people wants me to come home." He tip toed momentarily before dancing around a subject. "Say er... I don't really hang out with many people as they're all real borin' but err..." He took out his mobile and flipped to an address book. "Can I have your number?!" The effort it took to say that seemed almost a magnificent feat in itself. "Its so we can stay in touch! Anyways, here is my number..." He read the number off the screen before placing away his phone. "Alright! SEEYA LATER!" He waved and then dashed off excitedly, no doubt wanting to tell his mum about his action packed day.

OOC: No worries. I played a little favourite with you of late simply because you've had such a hard time with things being set off in real life. I hope these made you as happy as they did your Pokemon.

[Morrigan]

With the beaming light easing up, Sharada closed her eyes and removed her hand from her face, turning with a smile to see her new and improved team member. A rather human sized bunny was now standing where little Buneary once stood and began posing happily on the spot with her new look. With Joe staring in awe, Sharada clapped her hands once again, "You've evolved into such a beauty, Buneary! No... Lopunny!"

The rabbit chirped happily and blushed a little at her trainers words, skipping forwards a few steps. Leaning in, the female trainer embraced the large rabbit tightly, Togetic clinging onto it's overly large ears as the three shared a tender moment. It was almost nice for Sharada to recieve a human like hug back.

With a final squeeze, the sound of a ring tone reminded her of their little companion. Standing straight, the trio looked to Joey with almost sad eyes at the sound of his mother calling him back home. In the short amount of time they had been together the kid proved himself to be a bit of an annoyance, but hey, he was just a kid. Cutting off the phone, he must've felt a little awkward with three feminine pair of eyes lingering over him.

Sharada had to hold herself back from laughing as he spoke so nervously all of a sudden. It was clear that he didn't have much experience with perhaps other people, let alone girls. Flipping out her own phone in an instant, she went to her address book and gave Joey a nod, "Fire away, kiddo!" As they exchanged numbers, Togetic and Lopunny approached the young lad, patting his head as a way to say goodbye before he bolted off into the distance. With a smirk, Sharada turned in the opposite direction, signaling both Lopunny and Togetic to follow her.

Looking down to her phone, a look of horror spread across her face. She had just named the contact Joey and since there were two, it was pretty much impossible for her to work out which was which. Making nervous cries, her two Pokemon shot her a puzzled look before giving her a disappointed glance and shake of their heads, "D-Dammit! Which one is which?! Aarggh... I'll have to phone one but I dont want to phone neither!... I-Idiot." Grumbling with each step, the team made their way towards Cherrygrove, it was time to move on.

OOC: D'aww, you cheese! :3 Thanks so much<3 And lol! I just realised, the way you type when they evolve with the whole 'unbeatable bond' reminds me of Persona so much. xD
