I have the game, but I have a difficult time wrapping my head around some of the things. For example, they do an awful job at explaining evolution (as in, they don't) and what not. I don't know how to raise the stats of my Pokemon singularly, to get them up to par to evolve.
Other than that, the game is gorgeous.
And alex, she's not OMGHELPMEACROSSTHELAND xD She's the first person that joins your army cause you're strong and she wants to get stronger with her Pokemon, too. It's pretty kewl.
Other than the lack of explanation I usually hate in games, this one needed a bit more.

So it is a good game then? I would of bought it when it came out but EVERY store around me was sold out of it.

Yea this game was really bad at explaining stuff :/ You have to actually read the manuel to understand it =.= but it's fun! but I think this game is one of those where if you finish the story, it's pretty much done but not sure yet.

Ya, it sounds pretty fun to me as well. I'd love to play it if I can ever afford to buy it. It looks like it copied Final Fantasy's style or something.

I don't have a manual, unfortunately.
Perhaps I should invest some time into finding a copy of a manual around at a gamestore or something. I have a few around my house, but I just haven't used the time to get them.
On this note though, somebody who has played it:
How do I increase stats (other than battling and strengthening link) to get them to evolve? For example, Rufflet evolves at a high attack, like 119 or something like that. But how do you zone in and train/help that?

I think they have some items that will help raise stats like attack or defense. I have a few belts that raise my pkmn's attack. Or I guess you can delegate your army to train but that is kinda the same as battling :/ You should make sure the pkmn is linked with a compatible warlord too so it's link and stats will be better. I looked online and remember seeing ponigiri might help but subtle change. Hope this helps >> my rufflet is already at max link with it's warlord so I think I'm kinda stuck =.=
