Having reacted to the salons bros with such a snooty dismissal, it would explain why Sharada wasn't truly looking where she was going. As she walked past, garnishing a look from the salon brothers themselves as they looked out the window at the femme fatale that walked by, it was unfortunate that Sharada made be in for a fall. A dustbin had been placed outside of the salon ready for collection but tucked to the side of it was a wild Pokemon that had decided to take refuge from the underground life. Having remained stationary beside the bin for a duration, the Pokemon was intelligent enough to realise that Wednesdays were bin days and if it wanted to have any shot at living long in this life, masquerading as a Pokeball next to a bin was not the best of strategies. Opening up its eyes and dissolving the natural camouflage it's species boasted, the Pokemon rolled forward to look for another den of sanctuary. Unfortunate it would be that Sharada's foot when striking forwards as she marched along the tunnel. Booting the Voltorb, the Pokemon went flying into the wall before smashing off and rebounding for a few more hits. Its eyes spinning as it struggled to reorientate itself, the Voltorb eventually shook its body fiercely to snap out of its confusion. As it looked to the source of the hit, the Voltorb twitched madly as it realised that it was due to none other than a trainer. Letting out a cautionary spark, the Voltorb wasn't going to just sit there and take it. It was geared up for a fight! Encounter

With Fujiko also looking in the direction of the hair dressers, the two females both locked stares with the men who worked within. Noticing that one had pretty, pristine locks whilst the others was a lot more choppy, Sharada raised an eyebrow. "Offering yourself as a test subject, huh? Not in a million years." She muttered under her breath before turning her nose up. Fujiko, on the other hand, continued to look interested, her large red eyes looking longing as if begging for a bit of pampering. Moving away from the window, Sharada suddenly came to an abrupt halt as she felt the tip of her boot collide with something. Unintentionally giving the light orb a soar through the air, her facial expression dropped as her body froze, foot still pointing ahead. "What the. What the heck was that?" Looking past the rubbish bags, her curious expression turned into that of pure horror as she found the victim to be a red and white ball.
"A Voltorb?!" She shrieked, immediately dashing back a few paces. Watching nervously as the ball regained it's senses and rolled upright, Sharada feared for what she had just done. Having a flash back to Joey's warehouse once again, she couldn't believe her bad luck upon meeting yet another Voltorb. Fully aware of their explosive capabilities, she couldn't help but shudder. "S-Sorry about that! I wasn't watching where I was going! Haha-ha-ha...ha.." Trying to diffuse the situation with an apology wasn't enough as it suddenly began to spark! Puffing out her body, Fujiko wasn't put off by the odd sphere in the slightest! In fact, they were both similarly shaped which led to her believing that she could take it on. Leaping out of Sharada's hands, the brunette was quick to grasp her back, "Nuh-uh. No way. Zero chance, Fuji. I'm gonna let someone else take care of this." Rolling her eyes at how overly protective Sharada was when it came to her, Fujiko instead watched with a boring expression as the brunette chose a different Pokeball and tossed it forward, revealing a Zebstrika.
Raising his front legs, Kirin neighed proudly before lowering himself back down, sparks flickering from his hooves. Despite being fearful of electric types, Sharada didn't even bat an eyelid when it came to Kirin. "Hmm... Maybe I should capture this one, since I sent my last to Joe. Okay!" Muttering her plans out loud, she nodded sternly. "Kirin, use Flame Charge on the Voltorb! Easy does it, we don't want it to explode!"
OOC: Sent in Fujiko (Jigglypuff) replaced with Kirin (Zebstrika) and used Flame Charge.

Despite the sudden turn of events, the Voltorb cared little for the brunette's reactions. Having hid a little at the sight of the Voltorb, it couldn't quite fathom why she would perform such a reaction but nonetheless, it meant that it gave the Pokeball mimic an opening. Charging itself with incredible power, the power rattled back and forth as it lifted itself up into the arm and let out a sonic bang that went slicing forwards through the air, breaking the sound barrier. By the time it had unleashed its attack, Sharada had returned Fujiko out of harm's way and sent forth a much more menacing presence. Standing tall with its fearsome black and white striping. The zebra looked down at the Pokemon's oncoming attack and barely recoiled in pain as the burst of sonic boom erupted against it. Letting out a neigh and a snort of air from its nostrils, Kirin scraped his foot against the ground and took aim at the target. Stomping forwards, it was quick to unleash a retaliatory attack. Suddenly cloaking itself in a shroud of fire, it was almost as if by magic the Pokemon could conjure such fiery powers out of nothing. In truth, the Pokemon knew the move flame charge and by having this powerful attack, could hasten forward with such speed, it ignited fire around it as its hooves acted like flints making contact with the ground. The sudden burst of fire around it loosened its tensed muscles and made it speed up even further. Slamming its impact onto the Voltorb, the Pokemon let out a spark in pain as it tried to recover from the onslaught of the attack. Shaking erratically again, the Voltorb decided to follow up with the same attack and let out another fearsome sonic boom that slashed through the air and made another more noticeable impact on the Zebstrika. It appeared the more it struck at the Pokemon, the more damage it was sustaining. Sharada would have to play her cards right if she didn't want to put her Pokemon in danger. Wild Battle

As Sharada tried to grasp at Fujiko and pull her back, the brunette was surprised to see Voltorb sending a shock wave of some sort in her direction! Luckily, in a motion of panic, Zebstrika appeared on the scene and took the attack head on with little emotion. Sighing in relief, she glanced down to Fujiko, "Be careful, alright? I know the Voltorb might look simple enough but it can explode randomly. You wouldn't want to be burnt to a crisp, right?" Contemplating upon hearing Sharada's words, the Jigglypuff tossed and turned in her trainers grasp before smiling cutely and shaking her body. Loosening her tense shoulder and sighing, she removed one hand to give the Jigglypuff a loving pat, "Thatta girl." Halting her fussing, she turned her attention back to the battle at hand. Looking cautiously over to Kirin, she still couldn't get over how deathly serious he became when thrown into battle. Outside, he was quiet and calm, even somewhat hard to read. But when faced with some form of danger, he always pulled through, leaving emotions behind and fighting with every ounce of energy he owned and then some.
"You be careful too, Kirin!" The brunette called, noticing a sudden twitch of Kirin's ear as if signalling that he was fully aware. His body soon becoming a blazing inferno, Sharada had to take a step back as the heat of the flames gushed back onto the pair, causing even Fujiko to squint and cover her face. Ramming into the Voltorb without holding back, it was the repeated move that caused Sharada to swiftly react. The way Kirin responded with a painful flinch of his expression caused her to bring out a Pokeball. Perhaps it was too early but she didn't want to take any chances. Reeling back her arm, she tossed the ball forward with force, Kirin elegantly leaping to one side as it flew towards the Voltorb.

Whether the Voltorb could explode randomly or not was a great question, but this one was sent into the chamber of Pokeball before its explosive action could be seen, or investigated for whether it could explode. With Kirin dodging out of the way, the Voltorb was soon captured by a device that it was supposed to camouflage for! It would be hilarious though if it was captured by a design with a different color or something. Now it's like a Pokeball in a Pokeball! Nevertheless, the Pokeball shook to the right... That was the only time it shook before it stopped and ended with a DING! The Voltorb was captured successfully without even a single fight! The electric Pokemon was now completely gone from the urban wilderness of Goldenrod, and accepted its new life as a trainer's Pokemon.
Kirin gained 1350 exp for defeating the Voltorb! (900+450 from Lucky Egg) (1431/2437) to level 29. Kirin gained 1 happiness, now +7! Fujiko gained 1 level for participation! Now level 12! Holding her breath as the Pokeball soared through the air and encapsulated the wild Voltorb, drawing the orb inside with a flash of light, Sharada just hoped that it would stay inside. She had already caused a commotion fighting with the nerd from earlier but surely she wouldn't be able to escape unnoticed if yet another explosion was set off because of her. With a single wobble, the ball tinged, as if signifying that it was ready. For a few moments, Sharada blinked at the ball, lips parted in surprise. "Is that... It?" She questioned in a disappointed manner. Whilst she was pleased that the Voltorb had stayed inside, those extra few wriggles were of excitement, nerves or wonder. But it felt as if that part had been harshly taken away from her. Atleast that was over, she would've hated to be caught in the any blasts and have her hair singed, let alone draw in unneeded attention. Taking another glance back, she muttered under her breath at the thought, "And if that is the best Goldenrod has to offer when it comes to hair, I'd rather just avoid battling altogether." With a loose shrug of her shoulders, the brunette stepped forward, using her fingers to scoop the Pokeball up and hold it above her head. Examining the gloss as it shined from the dim spotlights lining the tunnel, she nodded expectantly before pocketing the lone ball. Maybe it could prove useful in her base or even Joe's warehouse if he needed an extra trap.
Turning to Kirin, she thanked the Zebstrika and then withdrew him back into his Pokeball, leaving the eerie silence of the Underground looming over them once again. Perhaps it was due to the intimidating size and strength of both Bellatrix and Kirin but for what seemed like the longest time, nothing else approached them. Sharada had also become incredibly careful with each of her steps, halving their usual movement speed. Hoping to not end up stepping foot first into a Grimer next, Fujiko pulled a bored expression with how quiet the area had suddenly become. Continuing to traverse the simple underground route, Sharada momentarily looked up as she saw the other exit to the tunnel in sight. Raising her eyebrows, she figured that there wasn't much else it had to offer. "I guess we'll just move onto somewhere else." She muttered, unimpressed with what she little she had faced. Before she could put a single foot onto the steps leading up, she came to a halt at the frantic patting of Fujiko. Turning to see what the fuss was about, she almost jumped out of her skin, quickly diving into a nearby magazine rack, grabbing the first one and pretending to flick through it.
Waltzing up a shady side corridor were a group of men, each talking to one another loudly. "So lads, will you be able to make it to the 'Gauntlet tonight? I hear they got some snazzy prices." "Sure, sure. Not as if I have anything better to do anyways." "Hahaha. You bet your bottom dollar I'll be there! Meet ya out here tonight then." Not taking any notice of the suspicious looking Sharada, they each said their farewells and split off in their own separate directions. Placing the magazine back down, Sharada quickly shuffled to one side, her large eyes glancing down the place where they had ventured from. A realisation hitting her like a tonne of bricks, the brunette turned Fujiko around and held her up so that the Jigglypuff was at her eye level. "Of course! How could I forget the Underground Gauntlet?" Shaking her head, she explained briefly to Fujiko, "I heard some rumours of this place when I have been walking around the Rocket base. I've heard it's just some work men looking for a place to brawl but I get the feeling it's a little more scummier than that." Trailing off, a glint shone in her eye, mirroring the one which was now apparent in Fujiko's own, implying that they had the same idea. "Shall we... enter?" Sharada said cautiously, the two grinning in unison as if on the same wavelength.
Thinking about it more, it didn't sound like a terribly bad idea. "It would explain why it is quiet. Maybe they are preparing for it now." Nodding, she ushered the Jigglypuff onto her shoulder, freeing her hands as she began to make gestures. "Perhaps if I do this, I'll become more noticed. I'm pretty sure the rest of the squad look down on me. I'm not expecting much but it'd be a start, right? Much better than stealing off rookie trainers back in New Bark." Her train of thought coming to an end, she nodded confidently, as if confirming her plan. "We'll do it." Turning on her heel, the brunette decided to leave for now. Making her way back out onto the city streets, she needed to formulate a Gauntlet team and then relocate underground at nightfall.

With her hands dug into the pockets of her jacket, the adolescent Rocket was in a much better mood, in comparison to the last time she had visited the under. It had been a number of days since she had participated in the Underground Gauntlet and come out of it victorious. It was just the thing to bring the brunette up again after experiencing a painful low. She still wasn't quite out of the water yet though, as she made a firm decision to bring a certain Pokemon along with her for this training session. Remaining out of eye sight from people who were passing through the underground shops, Sharada had found a quiet corner, her eyes lingering on a lone Pokeball in her gloved hand. "I have neglected you for far too long... I know I entrusted you to Harley for a bit but it's time I face up to it and look after you myself... Tenebrae." Her grip becoming tighter, almost possessive, it took her a few moments to gather up the courage to summon the Pokemon. Along with Joe's Pokemon Doopliss and Calistra, Tenebrae had been experimented on under the hands of Team Rocket. Out of the trio, Tenebrae was the most effected as getting him to show any emotion apart from fear was nigh impossible.
Fingers shaking and heart pounding anxiously, Sharada finally made the decision to summon the Pokemon, a bright flash of light fading into the shape of a small Zorua. Tail hung low and ears drooping, the Zorua immediately looked around as if questioning where it was and if his sister, Calistra was near by. Pinning itself against the wall fearfully as Sharada knelt down in front of him, the look of pure terror on his face crushed her heart completely. "Tenebrae, it's okay. It's me, remember? Sharada? I saved you and we visited a festival together, with your sister and Doopliss." She spoke calmly and slowly, understanding the physical and mental damage this Zorua had received. He was going to be a lot of work and patience was required but she refused to let him slip into the background. He needed help with learning to trust others again and whilst she wasn't the best to learn from in that regard since she was trying to learn trust again aswell, she hoped this mutual bond between them would help guide each other, together. Shuddering violently as the brunette lifted her hand, Tenebrae wanted nothing more than to just crawl into a hole and hide for all eternity.
Pulling her hand away, she took a quick glance over her shoulder to make sure no one was watching them. Zorua were a rarity as it was and with how he was acting, it looked as if she was the one who had abused rather than saved him. Not knowing what to do in this situation, she cautiously rubbed at the back of her head, noticing worried tears forming in Tenebrae's eyes. "Tenebrae." She whispered again, his ears lowering further, "You need to move on. Calistra has already gone with Joe. Do you really want to be left behind?" Still not responding, his icy eyes remained solemnly on the ground, mind swimming with questions as to where his sister was and why she wasn't looking after him. Did she hate him so much to leave him behind with this human? What did he do to deserve it? A hollow, pitiful noise parted his snout, catching Sharada by surprise. He was crying but it was the first noise she had ever heard him make. Finally getting some form of reaction out of him, she hastily held her hand forward again, aiming for his chin in order to prop up his vision. But in a frantic act of fear, Tenebrae parted his jaw and chomped down onto Sharada's gloved hand.
Grimacing painfully as she felt his sharp teeth pierce her skin, she had to bite her tongue so not to scare him off nor draw attention to the pair. Despite chomping a bit harder, he couldn't understand why Sharada hadn't ran off. All the times he had seen his sister attack like this, it had worked. Hesitantly looking up, his eyes widened at the sight of Sharada's determined expression. Her eyes were slightly damp, the bite had hurt but no pain he dealt her would even come close to what he had been through himself. "I'm not... going to leave you, Tenebrae. We are going to work... together. If you like it or not." Not the harmful type, he was quick to relinquishing his grip of her hand, turning away solemnly. But continuing what she had intended to do in the first place, her fingers touched the tip of his chin delicately as she turned his head to face her own. Looking him dead in the eye once again, she could feel his soft body shudder in fear at being even this gently touched. "Take a deep breath, Tenebrae. I want you to understand that you are not alone anymore." Eyes suddenly flinching shut, he hurriedly pulled his head away and turned his back to her, head hanging low as he considered his options.
Back in Unova, Tenebrae had been the runt of the litter and one of the very few males in their pack. He had always relied on his sister and the other females to protect him, he had no idea how to protect and fight for himself. Being so young, he got caught last minute after trying to escape from a Poacher, his hesitance also dragging his own sister in danger which had ultimately led them into the grip of Team Rocket. But now out of the cramped cage, he was able to regain his life, if only he had interest in doing so. Suddenly flinching, his mind that was deep in thought had blocked the outside world, not realising that Sharada had moved forward and lifted the sneaky fox up into a warm embrace. Struggling at first, Sharada was prepared for all the bites and the scratching, if only it proved to him that he could trust her. "Whatever has happened in the past, I want you to forget about it. You are with me now and that is all that matters." Trying to calm him down with a slightly tighter grip, the young Zorua whimpered as the painful memories flooded back to him.
"I dunno the reason behind Calistra's behaviour towards you and I don't care if you messed up somehow. I believe in fate and it led me to you." Sniffing incessantly, the Zorua understood the language of the human but was unable to respond. Maybe because he didn't want to or maybe because his level of intelligence wasn't quite the same as his sister's. Regardless, his erratic movements had since calmed down, tears streaming from his eyes as all matter of emotions flooded from him at once. Why did he feel so useless, weak and helpless? Why could he not protect his pack back in Unova? What was it that made him so different to his confident brethren? Letting out a heart wrenching wail, Sharada pulled him away and looked him in the face once again. "Look at me." She mumbled seriously, his eyes only clenching tighter, "I know you can understand. Just look at me." Peering a single eyelid open at her, Sharada beamed a radiant smile, "That's better." Still uncertain, he finally opened both eyes before being placed back onto the ground in front of her. "I haven't tried to hurt you, have I? So let's try and work something out." Looking up to the human, the young Zorua nodded slowly, giving Sharada a dramatic burst of energy as he finally responded.
"Then, listen! Together, you and me, we're going to become strong." Placing a hand to her chest, she tried to explain a little bit to him about her past, "Back in my home town, other humans looked down on me. All because I was a different physique to them. Well guess what, I don't need them. So even though it hurt back then, now, I can just laugh them in the face because I am going to be the one coming out on top." Pointing a finger towards Tenebrae, she was quick to cut her story short, "And the same goes for you. Before you can trust others, you need to trust in yourself. So let's start at the basics and work up." Laughing in almost disbelief at what she had just said, it was questionable as to why she couldn't take her own advice. "First things first, I need to show you a bit more of the world. It is a little drab down here but it is atleast a start." Standing to her feet, the young Zorua stared around nervously, wondering what is was that he should do. "Remember when we were escaping and you transformed? Try doing that again. However you like. That way, we can explore without people making a fuss of you." Brimming with uncertainty, the young fox was unsure. Looking down the alley way, he noticed a mother with her 10 year old son passing by and without much thought, decided to transform into him. Only, it wasn't quite right.
Standing to Sharada's chest height, Tenebrae took on the form of the young boy. He had shoulder length choppy grey hair, with wild red streaks through his side fringe. His clothes were similar to a school outfit, sporting a shirt, v necked thin jumper and a blazer bearing a wild collar of fur around his neck, shoulders and wrists. On his feet, he wore striking red wellington boots, his entire outfit mainly consisting of the colours red and grey. But the most unusual was the fact his ears and tail were still visible in this human form and he also had red, tattoo like markings across his face and hands. Not thinking too deeply about his appearance, this only was an incredible step in the right direction. "You look perfect, Tenebrae. We can walk around with you looking like this!" At this point, she wanted to assure Tenebrae that he was doing things correctly, she wanted to build up some form of confidence first. "Now stay in that form for as long as possible. If you ever feel unsure and need to get away, just tug at my arm and I'll return you to your Pokeball, okay?" About to step forward, something was still puzzling the brunette. "You know, it would be easier to communicate your feelings if you spoke to me. Are you able to?" Looking away shyly, Tenebrae was once again unsure but with a shake of her head, Sharada decided not to push it. "Nevermind. It's not important. Let's move on for now."
Now accompanied by a humanoid version of Tenebrae, Sharada and the illusion of a young boy stepped out from the hidden corridor and back into the main underground shopping area. Looking around, she noticed it was a little bit busier than the last time she had visited and turned to Tenebrae. "Don't leave my side, okay? I'll protect you." Zipping up her jacket to hide the infamous R from the sight of people, the last thing she wanted to be accused of was kidnapping children. Holding out a hand to Tenebrae, the young boy looked curiously, unsure of what this gesture meant. Tilting his head from side to side as he examined her hand, she smiled softly before leaning forward and holding onto his own. Startled, he looked into the eyes of his trainer, "This way, I know you are still by side." Trying to calm his nerves with the gentle tone of her voice, she gave him a loving pat on the head, to which he remained mute and unemotional. Straightening out her posture, she gripped the hand of Tenebrae tighter and together, the duo moved on to see what they could find.
OOC: Sorry for the double post, just wanted to be added back into the queue. You can also ignore 98% of this, it's just Sharada trying to interact with Tenebrae. The second section is her exploring the underground again.

Goldenrod Underground | "Sister. Do you not think they make good targets?" A pink, lithe cat asked his green companion. She was shimmering, her fur sparkling in the light as she flicked her tail in thought. They had both been watching two specific people. One a woman, with long brown hair, who seemed to be affiliated with the wrong crowd by the sorts of it. The other, a man who had so far, seemed to stop to help people whenever he could. Not to say that the girl didn't, but at least, that was what the tom cat Espeon had observed. "Yes Brother. I think so. They could both be a little more bonded with those certain partners of theirs." The mention of them was vague, but the brother Espeon nodded in understanding. These two, brother and sister Espeon, had been feral for years and years now and their psychic powers were beyond excellent. Their goal had always been the same. Helping others, even if their ways seemed extreme, and it was true that it didn't work the way they wanted it too all the time, but they still tried their best to make things work. "Who shall I visit, sister?" the brother espeon asked, to which the green creature flicked her ear softly. "The man. I will go after the woman." When she saw her brother's eyes shift to his paws, she gently touched her nose to his head. "Fear not brother. If they can outlast the tests of fear and darkness, I am confident they will come out of it stronger." Brother Espeon nodded but as she parted from him, he wondered: What if they didn't? -- So the girl had gone underground, Sister Espeon had taken a bit of time to locate her, but she was now watching her from a dark corner of the area. She seemed to be trying to show tenderness, understanding towards the creature cowering before her, Tenebrae. She watched the exchange a while longer. He shifted forms again, this time to that of a young boy.
It was after that that she made her move. She began to glow a light tone of pink, and she concentrated as Sharada would soon find the world was shifting around her. things were vanishing fast, leaving herself and Tenebrae in a world of gray and white, and it was like being stuck in the room of an asylum.
It was then that Sister Espeon appeared in front of them, eyes void of any type of emotion as she sat on her haunches. "Tell me." She said, looking quickly to Tenebrae, almost like for a moment, Sharada wasn't there. Her voice next sounded as if it was mixed in with that of a male's. "Who is it you care for the most?"
She didn't wait for any sort of answer, but then turned. Before her opened two paths. One felt cold and unforgiving while looking at one, and looking at the other, one would feel uncomfortable, sad, almost scared. But espeon continued through both, seeming to split into two though one was most likely an illusion created by the room. Which one would Sharada follow, with there being no exit? ---- Information Espeon seems to have trapped you in her trick room. Follow her down the Fear Pathway or the Dark pathway? OOC: As I said in the other post, the two of you can choose the same paths or totally different ones, either way, the difference is a sightly varying story and what you get at the end <3 THREAD RESERVED BY KAT |

Having finally made an ounce of progress with Tenebrae, Sharada tightened her grip around his hand as the duo moved into the depths of the Goldenrod Tunnel. Deep in thought, she began to question if this area might be too much for him and maybe ease him in battle elsewhere but this distraction of thought would lead them into a trap. One ear perking up, the hyper sensitive Zorua looked around, using his spare hand to wipe the tears from his eyes. He could feel someone, or something, watching them. Tugging violently at the sleeve of Sharada's jacket, the brunette blinked before looking down across her shoulder, "What is the matter, Tenebrae? We have only taken five steps... Have you seen something?" His head turning, Sharada followed his line of sight but couldn't see anything out of the ordinary. Saddened, he drooped his head, considering that he may have just been hearing things. Smiling gently, Sharada shook her head, "It's okay, just take your time. This world is new to you, after all, you will probably see and hear a lot of things you aren't used to." With a single step forward, the pair were then shifted into a completely different world themselves, Sharada's eyes widening as the murky underground tunnel began to fade into nothing but a grey and white room.
Tugging Tenebrae closer, he began to shudder with nerves and clung to her side, picking up on Sharada's own confusion. "What the heck is this?!" She growled in her mind, eyes immediately trying to find some sort of exit. "How is this even possible? We were just walking in the tunnel, I didn't enter no rooms." Suddenly snapping back to reality, she felt Tenebrae grab at her waist, moving his body behind hers and fearfully peering his head out to the side, eyes locked onto something. More worried about Tenebrae at this point, this was hardly the way she wanted Tenebrae to learn about the world outside of a Team Rocket cage. "Don't panic, I'll get us out of here!" Turning, she was about to go banging on the walls when an unusual sight hit her. Mouth ajar in awe, a beautiful, green coated Espeon sat before them, her eyes seemingly looking straight through her own body to get to Tenebrae. He also stared back but more more fearfully, clinging to Sharada for protection. It was only when the creature spoke, that they both reacted differently.
If Sharada had to answer this question herself, she would be unsure. Her immediate answer would be her Pokemon or family members back at home in Dewford. The brunette had next to no friends and with the path she was taking, she could feel herself slowly losing sight of Joe. For Tenebrae, it was completely obvious, his sister was on his mind constantly. Feeling his body shake, Sharada lifted a protective arm, ready to stand against the Espeon herself if it chose to attack. Instead, two doors materialised, each giving bad vibes. Her icy blue eyes scanning between each one, the brunette suddenly took a brave step forward as the Espeon split into two, "H-Hold it! Explain to us why we are here!" Before she could even finish her words, the psychic creature had disappeared, causing Sharada to grit her teeth together tightly. She didn't understand the situation at all but if she did know one thing, it was that they needed to follow if they wanted to get out of this trick. Eyes looking everywhere for any possible escape route, she grimaced at none before kneeling down to Tenebrae's human height.
Placing a comforting hand on his shoulder, she spoke out softly, "We can't just sit here, we'll have to take one of those paths. ...That Espeon. I have never seen one before. I don't understand why it is doing this." Standing back up, she held Tenebrae's hand once again, checking out which way was best to go. They both felt unsafe but one had captured Tenebrae's attention, almost feeling as if it was going through what he was feeling. Noticing his eyes lingering on a particular path, Sharada took in a deep breath. It was the one she wouldn't have chosen. "We don't know what is up ahead so stay close." Together, the duo moved to the left, following the Fear Pathway.

The Fear Path | The espeon continued down the fear path, just ahead of Sharada and Tenabrae, light paws barely making a sound upon the barren floor as she walked. She suddenly caught a message from her brother. "The Dark path was chosen." lifting her ears, she could only nod to herself. She had hope somehow, that they would choose different paths. She wasn't sure if the young Zorua would have been able to handle what the dark path had in store. If Sharada was just behind her, she'd be able to follow the shimmer of the Pokemon's fur through the hazy purple path.
Soon, they reached another large open room, filled with the same purple haze they had been experiencing since they were forced down the path. Espeon stopped, looking back at Sharada and Tenebrae once they got through the door. "I would stay here if I were you." Her eyes began to glow and a large platform overlooking the room jutted out from the floor. a smaller, hovering platform appeared in front of Espeon and she jumped up onto it, a similar one appearing higher up. When she jumped to that one, the one behind her disappeared, and this continued until she reached the large platform. Standing straight on it, she looked down at Sharada, her voice cast throughout the room. "Welcome to the fear path. Remember that the two of you must rely on each other, or one of you may not make it out of here more than a corpse." She mentioned calmly. Looking out over the rest of the room, Espeon closed her eyes.
She began to glow the same pink as before, and around Sharada, herself, and Tenebrae, the room began shifting. The ground under Sharada's feet became metal, and she and her companion would find themselves jutted up to nearly the level of Espeon's platform. The room below began filling with a murky gray water, still and stagnant. It stopped with a fairly large gap between Sharada's platform and the water. Though the haze made it slightly harder to see, in front of them, metal platforms like the one Sharada was standing on now began to appear, though there was a fair gap between each, it would be possible to jump over.
In the water however, several blue snouts started appearing out of the murky gray, red spikes jutting out. Feraligatr. Several of them. At the other side of the platforms where the next door rested, there stood a familiar, gruff figure that Sharada would be familiar with. blonde hair, black leather jacket, and of course signature purple bandana. Standing just beside him, a Zorua (Even though it was true that he now possessed a Zoroark), stood. She stared emotionlessly at Tenebrae from across the platform. They didn't say a word, before both "Joey" and "Calistra" vanished through the doors. Espeon then looked down at Sharada and Tenebrae again. "The two of you must rely on eachother to get across these platforms, through to the next door. Don't slip." She warned. She then looked at the Feraligatr. She knew Tenebrae was fearful, but she wasn't starting to doubt herself. This course was all about trust, or in the case of a life and death situation, learning to trust.----Information!Espeon has led you into fear room #1! Work with Tenebrae to cross the platforms safely to the other side! But be wary as not everyone is so friendly!

Holding onto the loose hand of Tenebrae, Sharada became more alert as a strange, purple haze began to form as they passed through their chosen doorway. The only sound she could hear was of her own boots tapping against the floor, both Tenebrae and the Espeon walking so silently it made her even more apprehensive of this already odd situation. The only guidance she had was the form of the unusual, glittering green coat of the Espeon who wandered ahead in the haze, making no effort to check back on the duo or check their safety. "Just what the heck is this all about?" Sharada questioned to herself, "This... illusion feels strange, almost real. Surely Tenebrae can't be the cause of it." Having witnessed the almighty power of Calistra's illusions in the past, she looked to her own Zorua from the corner of her eye. His ears were twitching rapidly, eyes constantly flickering around as if expecting something to jump him. But he looked so terrified, why would he be so scared of his own creation? If this was his power, then she would have to prepare for the worst in order to pull through and prove herself to him. Joe would likely do the same thing in this situation. Slowly, she shook her head dismissively, let down in herself by doubting him or even considering that Tenebrae could be the one causing all of this.
Sharada's footsteps coming to a halt, she raised her blue eyes as they entered another room, immediately being given a warning to wait. Watching the surreal sight of the Espeon jumping from platform to platform which both appeared and disappeared with her movements, the psychic type eventually made it to higher ground, watching from above at how Sharada and Tenebrae would handle this first task. Still hanging onto the jacket of Sharada, the transformed Zorua looked around hesitantly at the seemingly dull room from the safety of behind the female trainer, whilst she now bore a heavy frown, listening to the words of the Espeon. "The Fear Path?" She repeated, her tone being of disbelief. "Just what is going-- W-WOAH!" The room around them beginning to change, Sharada and Tenebrae desperately clung to one another as the platform they stood on began to lift, several other platforms also forming through the thick haze with equal distance between them. But that wasn't all. A sudden sound caused Sharada to let go of Tenebrae and approach the edge, eyes widening as she noticed water had begun to rise, filling in the gaps between each platform. As the water stopped still a decent way away, it became filled with Feraligatr.
Grimacing, this wacky situation had just become a lot more difficult. If the water had been higher, she could've swam through it with ease, despite it looking murky and unsafe. But the water level remained low and the appearance of several, deadly looking Pokemon would've made it impossible to traverse through anyway. Quickly figuring out that the only way they could continue would be to jump, she understood why this was the path of fear. If they missed and fell, there was no way of climbing back up, leading them to be crocodile food. What made things even more annoying was the dense haze which slightly shrouded their vision along with Sharada's uncertainty of her athletic abilities. Wobbling his chin, Tenebrae's eyes had fallen on a sight more upsetting than that of the man and Pokemon eating threat below. With a point of his arm, Sharada's face faltered, eyes widening at who was across the other side of the platforms. "J-Joe?" A pitiful whimper escaped from her lips, eyes focused on the signature purple bandanna. Not even considering that this may have been a part of the illusion, she took a step forward and repeated his name at the top of her lungs, "JOE!" Tenebrae also staggered forward, his breathing becoming more noticeable. Unlike Sharada, he knew that whatever stood opposite was not his sister but the sight of her turning and walking away made him stretch an arm out in vain.
This truly was the fear path. Both of them being terrified of being left behind or rejected by the one they loved.
Falling to her knees, Sharada lowered her head and buried her fingers through her hair, face scrunched up as she tried to remind herself this was all some sort of illusion or trick. "G-Get a grip, dammit! That wasn't Joe! There is no way that was Joe! He would've shouted something stupid! So why...!!" Noticing her posture shaking, Tenebrae widened his eyes. He had always known humans to be vile, merciless and untrustworthy but why was this one flowing with despair and sadness? Uncertain, he was about to rest a comforting hand on her shoulder when the brunette abruptly looked up, the sound of Espeon's voice echoing all around them. Holding back her tearful eyes, she struggled back up onto her feet, those very words reminding her of the reason she was here in the first place. "I'm sorry, Tenebrae. I got caught in the moment." Her long hair hiding her expression from him, the Zorua tilted his head to one side curiously, sensing she was still holding back. Then, with a spin of her arms, she stepped forward and lifted Tenebrae up, hoisting him over her shoulder so he couldn't see her flustered face. "All we have to do is jump. How hard can it be?" Taking a few steps backward, Sharada wrapped her arms tighter around the body of Tenebrae as she suddenly dashed forward into an energetic sprint, using her foot to push herself from the first platform and heavily land on the second.
Breathing heavily, she took a look over her other shoulder, amazed that she had been able to do it. The gap between each platform was manageable but it was just the fact that the ones further ahead were shrouded in a thicker cloak of haze. Remaining still, Tenebrae was frozen as from his perspective, at the moment they jumped, he could see that they had gained the attention of the Feraligatr below. Picking herself off the floor, Sharada tried to get her breathing back before doing a similar motion of running before jumping. Only this time, something was different. Just as they leaped, a Feraligatr below was expecting the movement, sending forth a powerful blast of water which didn't physically come in contact with her but knocked Sharada off course in mid air as she turned her body to avoid the attack. Barely managing to land on the platform, she managed to twist and land on her back, cradling Tenebrae's head under her chin as she took the damage in order to keep him from harm. Staring up to the ceiling with a look of pure horror etched across her face, the realisation of the duo dieing there and then was slowly beginning to sink in. Face contorting, she raised a hand to cover her distraught expression, trying her best to fight back these tears of frustration.
Lifting his head up, Tenebrae moved his weight off of Sharada and knelt down beside her, wearing a look of concern. Why was she trying so hard to protect him when she could just give up? Not only that but there was also a powerful feeling of confliction radiating from her. "I just...!" His ears perking up at the sound of her voice, he tilted his head to her curiously, "All I do is... Sit back and cry... And wait for someone else to save me! I know that... I know that I am weak but!" Sitting herself up, streams of tears rolled down her face, hands rapidly wiping them all away, "I don't want to be left behind! I don't want to be hated! I know he isn't going to save me!" Bellowing sorrowfully, Sharada burst out into an almost childish fit of crying, bringing a number of tears to Tenebrae's eyes himself. Crawling to the front of her, he burrowed his head under her chin, unsure of how to comfort a human. "I... I just...Want it all to end..." Pulling Tenebrae into a warm embrace, she buried her own face into the shoulder of the young boy, "Don't leave me behind too, Tenebrae... Please don't leave me..." Parting his mouth, Tenebrae mustered his best impression of a human but it still fell on deaf ears, "Arr... Da... Sha... Ar..." Not being able to hear his efforts over the sound of her tears, Sharada clenched her teeth tightly together, placing a hand on his shoulder to pull him to look at his face, "It is going to... Take time... But please, trust in me."
Standing to his feet first, he was clearly suffering two states of mind himself. On one hand, he had grown up knowing only the love of Zorua and protection of his sister but though he might not be the smartest of their species, he was also aware of being rescued by the human and even now, he shared her fears in his own way. Were they all really as bad as his elder made them out to be? Standing up herself, Sharada looked between their options, "F-For now, let's get out of here." She whimpered, knowing she needed to be the strong one for Tenebrae's sake. Aware that the Feraligatr would no doubt be waiting for them, it seemed that they were grounded on the platform until they could come up with a solution. Wracking her brain, she was suddenly reminded of the words spoken by the Espeon, "Rely... on eachother." Being hit with a sense of realisation, Sharada struck her forehead with her hand. The answer had been with her all along. "Tenebrae, I have an idea. Will you hear me out?" Grinning through her flustered cheeks and red eyes, she pointed in the direction that they had originally jumped from, "If you can make an illusion of us jumping in that direction, it might be enough to confuse the Feraligatr, letting us progress to the door up ahead." Flinching back, he was unsure if he had the power to do so and this reaction was quickly noticed by Sharada as she held him by the shoulders and stared at him intensely. "You can do it! I believe in you! Leave the running stuff to me, you just hang tight and provide the distraction!"
Lifting him up in a similar fashion to earlier, Sharada wore a much more determined expression now that she had gotten her fear off her chest. She knew now that the one real thing she had to worry about was right in her arms. "I'm gonna jump and if you do nothing... We'll both die." Startled by her blunt words, Tenebrae resisted her grip in a series of panicked shaking. Despite being the size of a young boy, his weight was still that of a light Zorua so his fighting movements weren't enough to sway her to let go. Taking in a deep breath, she was putting her own life in his hands. Moving forward into a fast sprint once again, she pushed herself up as she neared the edge, eyes focusing forward as she tried to land on the next platform between the haze. "TENEBRAAAAAE!" She roared, his own eyes freezing at the sight of a mighty pair of jaws launching up at them from between the platforms. Flinching his eyes such with tears trickling down his cheeks, the Zorua let loose a mighty cry of his own. Summoning a large fist out of thin air, it crashed down into the large crocodile, snapping it's jaw back as it was forced to tumble back into the water below. Feeling her feet touch on the surface safely, she knew Tenebrae must've acted. Both of them having a huge adrenaline rush for fear of losing their lives, she decided to not stop there and continued to run and jump.
Platform after platform, Sharada dashed for her life, only hearing and not witnessing the many illusions that Tenebrae was firing off behind her in order to keep the Feraligatr at bay. "KEEP -- GOING!" She yelled supportively through her panting until finally, the last platform came into view. Giving one final push, the duo soared through the air, tumbling into a less than graceful pile as their frantic charge came to a halt. Sprawling across the floor, Sharada gasped for air, sweat rolling across her face after the several near death experiences they had just received in a row. With her eyes winced shut, she partially opened an eyelid as she felt the touch of something leaning on her forehead. Once again kneeling beside her, Tenebrae had moved forward, resting his own forehead on top of hers. Smiling wildly despite her breath still all over the place, she couldn't help but feel that they had made a little bit of progression in understanding one another. "Haah... Haah... You were... Excellent. Great job... Tenebrae." Forcing herself to sit up, she turned her attention to the shiny Espeon, sending a glare the Pokemon's way as she battled to get her breath back. Having a new look of resolve, Sharada knew that this was just the beginning.

Fear Path | Espeon watched the exchange down below as Tenebrae. Her Zorua and herself were pushing through. It was a hard test, and there was no way that the Espeon was trying to make it seem like it was any easier within her mind. She curled her tail around her paws as she watched.
The reaction that the girl had given upon seeing the vision of Joey pulled at her heart a bit, however she remained there, stony faced as she watched them. She wasn't supposed to be feeling anything for them while administering this test.
There was a moment where they came close to getting caught by a Feraligatr, but the Zoura pulled through in the girl's moment of need. Good, she thought as she watched, it was beginning to work. Her tail waved as she watched them make it to the other side. She jumped down onto one of the platforms, and suddenly, the entire room shifted back to white. She glanced at Sharada and Tenebrae, moving ahead of them to the door.
"Congratulations." She led them towards the next room, once again in silence. Sister Espeon was nothing like her brother. She didn't like to talk. She didn't enjoy speaking to others that weren't her brother. She sat down for a moment, her eyes glowing again, and the whole room once again switched up.
The floor under Sharada's feet fell away and gave way to grass and dirt. The ceiling above turned into a gray sky, which was slowly turning murky black. The low rumble of thunder erupted above them.
Espeon repeated her process with the platform, and rested on top of it. Suddenly there was a crash of lightning that struck in the middle of the room, and a white pikachu sat there now. It was mangled. Clipped ears, one ripped off, tail mangled beyond recognition.
"Zorua." She called. "This is what humans can do to Pokemon. It is a horrid thing to behold, truly." She continued in a quiet tone. "Do you think this human can do this to you? Do you want to continue helping this human knowing you can harm her?" Pikachu began using Thunder, which dropped several bolts of lighting down, one which nearly hit Sharada, landing close.
"If you think you can trust her, help her stop this." ------Information!Espeon has led you into Fear Room #2!Espeon's Illusion Pikachu (Level 5) has to be stopped to proceed!
OOC: A quick note, in battle Pikachu will not know thunder, its kind of one of Espeon's for show type of things. I wouldn't wanna put Tenebrae through that op lmao. |

Softening her intense gaze on the Espeon, once again they were left with no answers as to what was going on. At this point, Sharada knew one thing was for sure and that was the fact that they had to continue completing these tests until whatever or whoever set them in the first place was satisfied. Not understanding the true intentions of the Espeon, she was forced to stand as she began to move down the next corridor. Not wanting to be left behind, the brunette gave Tenebrae a quick check over to make sure that he wasn't hurt. A little tearful but no physical harm had been done. "Good." Sharada whispered softly, holding out her hand to his once again before moving after the Espeon. Once again, silence fell but it didn't bother Sharada too much. She preferred it this way herself. When Espeon had first spotted Sharada and dubbed her as the type of person that possibly wouldn't stop to help people, the Pokemon wasn't too far off. Sharada loved Pokemon dearly, they brought excitement and joy to her life and whilst they each had their own personalities, they were loyal in their own way. But humans were a different matter altogether. She wasn't against making friends but that horror was always there, lingering under the surface as she constantly anticipated to be betrayed by them, going as far as to doubt even the closer people to her. Joe being a prime example. She cared for him deeply but there was always something in the back of her mind eating away at her, shouting that he was going to end up stabbing her in the back too.
Suddenly gripping onto Tenebrae's hand tighter, the path she was once walking on dispersed into grass, the sky rumbling with yet another fear of Sharada's. Thunder. A lump becoming stuck in her throat as the hair on the back of her neck stood on end, her eyes narrowed wearily. "First Joe and now this... They know all of my weaknesses! Damn it!!" Ears pinned down to the side of his head, Tenebrae looked up wearily as well, he had experienced this weather change in the dense forests of Unova and wasn't overly fond of it himself. Almost jumping out of his skin, someone else was the opposite of his feelings, as Sharada screamed out at the top of her lungs when a bolt of lightning crashed up ahead. Letting go of Tenebrae's hand and cowering to the floor, she couldn't help but feel incredibly pitiful as her natural reaction took over. "Not now! I have to fight this!" Picking up on this reoccurring sense of fear, Tenebrae's ears twitched as his line of sight led him to that of a Pikachu. Although, it was completely different to ones in the wild which he had seen. Ghostly white with parts missing and mangled fur, he tried to alert Sharada but her face was immersed deep in her hands, until she could fight this feeling off.
Looking back around, Tenebrae was called by the Espeon, his eyebrows raised and mouth drooping sadly as he listened to her words. Learning that this Pikachu's appearance was done by the work of humans, he instinctively wrapped his arms around himself protectively, head lowering. Due to his lack of being able to control illusions fully, he was never experimented on as much as Doopliss or Calistra. In return, he was constantly beaten and verbally abused to remind him of his uselessness. He knew how foul and toxic humans were. "Not all humans..." Lowering her own hands by this point, Sharada had managed to get her act together, though fear still flustered in her expression. She placed a hand on Tenebrae's shoulder and stood by his side, "Not all humans are like that." Looking over to the Pikachu, she couldn't help but feel upset. It reminded her of what she had done to Greil, her Slowpoke from the Well in Azalea. She had to sever his tail for Team Rocket but ultimately ended up blinding him aswell by accident. She had no right to say that humans were good but she could not let Tenebrae slip away at this point. "Humans are stupid and weak, they hurt and reject what they don't understand... But there are also ones who want to understand and protect what is important to them." Looking down to Tenebrae, she didn't bother sugar coating her words, "You know first hand what humans are capable of."
Trailing off, Espeon's next words struck a nerve with Sharada. Glaring over to the Pokemon with a snarled expression, she could not believe what she was hearing. Obviously this Psychic type had delved into her deepest secrets and knew of her past but had she really just appeared and trapped her in this illusion to rip Tenebrae away from her? Was she not worthy of him? "I would never harm Tenebrae!" Retorting with his name rather than 'Pokemon' as a whole, she faltered at her own words. She was in Team Rocket, after all. To keep her true purpose hidden she had to partake in their acts aswell to remain undercover. Whilst she couldn't promise that at some stage she may have to harm another Pokemon, she knew that she would use every ounce of her power to at least protect her own. That is why she had captured Greil in the first place, to ensure that he was never hurt in that way again. But the Pikachu wasn't having any of it. Scattering a series of bolts all around her, Sharada almost turned a ghostly shade of white herself, as a bolt crash landed right beside her. Taking a few steps away, Tenebrae looked on in horror at the pure fear that had glazed over Sharada's eyes. Earlier he had bit her in defence but he had never considered actually harming her, or any human, in order to get away. Looking down at his own hands as if considering the option, he then recalled the events just a while earlier when she had gone out of her way to carry him across the first trail to safety.
Conflicted, he was then shot with another question. Of helping her. Turning back towards Sharada, she looked as if she were about to be sick. Eyes still flickering at the sight of singed grass by her side, she wearily staggered back before looking to Tenebrae. "I heard what she said... I dont expect you to fight, Tenebrae." Pausing, he looked puzzled. He had expected her to order him to attack, his little knowledge of humans had made him believe that they captured and enslaved their clan merely to be used for personal enjoyment. "You should fight for what you believe in... If you don't believe in me then you shouldn't put yourself in danger." Bearing a much warmer smile, she didn't want to force him to do anything he felt uncomfortable doing. His life had been hard up until this point and the last thing she wanted was to make it worse. Merely looking to one another, the atmosphere had become almost silent, apart from the rumblings of thunder which scattered Sharada in goosebumps. The duo possibly not making a move as planned, the mangled Pikachu took matters into it's own hands. Obviously near death experiences were the best way to bring these two closer together. Letting loose another bolt of lightning, Sharada hesitantly looked up, just barely being able to move back as her legs turned to jelly.
Parting his mouth, Tenebrae stepped forward as yet another bolt came crashing down. Dodging with a roll, Sharada began to pant. She had not completely recovered her energy back from running earlier, she was bound to get hit and her nerves were starting to get the better of her. "Come at me!" She called out to the humanoid Zorua, "If you think it's right and you want your revenge on humans! Then let it out on me!" Her mouth wide as she gasped for breath, Tenebrae recoiled backward. All the pressure was focused on him, he had never been one to hold the responsibility. Gripping onto his head as he tried to fight off several different scenarios in his mind, the last words which echoed were those of Sharada as another bolt formed above her head, "You have your own heart, Tenebrae! You are free! Go with what feels right!" Tugging from left to right in his mind, his face contorted into something that wasn't of his usual, sad expression. Letting out a mighty "RRRRUUUUUUAAAAAAOOOOOO!!" as his small body pounced into action. Leaping forward, he grabbed hold of Sharada's waist and pushed her out of the way, the duo landing with a crash to the floor, but saved from the electricity. Staring up at the sky as the feeling of grass tickled her cheeks, Sharada continued her hefty panting, the realisation of what just happened slowly setting in.
Tenebrae, on the other hand, stood back up onto his feet and turned to face the mangled Pikachu. His once soft, blue eyes now held a sharp, piercing look as he glared at the ghostly Pokemon with rage. Tenebrae understood that just like how Joe was to Sharada, Calistra wouldn't be able to save him from this trick room. He had to rely on who was there and protect her after she had worked hard protecting him. Jumping forward, he morphed out of his human shape and changed back into his usual Zorua appearance. As if the blood of his clan had finally triggered after facing death head on so many times, he roared once more and sped towards the Pikachu in the form of a Pursuit attack.

Fear Path | Espeon looked down as Sharada seemed to rein in her fears. But the Espeon didn't do anything, and she didn't move from her perch. Instead, she continued to watch them. Her eyes flicked back and forth, from Pikachu to Zorua. She paused to flick her tongue over her paw and then swipe her paw over her face.
And suddenly, Tenebrae flew forwards. He was surrounded by a dark energy and this eminated strongly from him. The Espeon watched still as the Zorua collided into the Pikachu's body, knocking it backwards and forcing it to cry out. The destroyed Pikachu got to it's feet slowly, and then it raised its head, looking up the the Espeon.
And when she looked down at him, she sighed and her eyes lit up. 'Thundershock.' could be heard echoing through the room in a whisper, but the Pokemon raised its ears, a spark of electricity forming on his cheeks. with another cry, it let loose a shock of electricity that fell upon Tenebrae when the Pikachu hit him. He shook his fur out, looking back towards Sharada with a look that would tell her that he hoped this battle would be over soon...but at the same time he didn't. What would be in that next room?-----Battle!Espeon's Pikachu |Level 5| HP: 11/20HP Status: Normal Pikachu used Thundershock! Lovely Weather we're having.

Her eyes narrowed as they met with the sight of this false, thunderous sky, she tried to reign herself back in after what had just happened. Each bolt had been off kilter, as if to scare her rather than hit her but still she dodged, so much so until Tenebrae had decided to step in. Only, when he had stood back up, she could tell he wasn't the same. Pushing herself forward, the brunette propped herself up with her elbows, looking to try and see where Tenebrae had dashed off to and with wide eyes, watched as he struck into the Pikachu. Knowing she couldn't leave her Pokemon in a battle all alone, she tried to fight her fears and achy body by staggering up to her feet. Slouching forward, she momentarily looked up to the silent Espeon, watching as she cleaned her face so primly. If this were any other situation, Sharada would've thought the creature to be beautiful but right now, she only felt confused and a bit of disdain towards the wild creature. Fist clenching as she then ordered an attack, Sharada swiftly turned her head, only to witness Tenebrae be struck with an attack.
As he shook the sparks off from his fur, a more angered Tenebrae stood his ground. He was simply on the border line, pent up with a mixture of confusion for his disappearing sister, not being good enough for his Unovan clan, being experimented and beaten on by humans, only to be saved by one that also gave him an emotion that he had never experienced before... It was all becoming too much and he was losing control. With a glance over his shoulder, he picked up on the fact that Sharada had stood back to her feet. "Tenebrae." She spoke out in a whisper, amazed that he could also bare such a violent glint in his eye. "You dont have to do this, Tenebrae. Just return and let me use--" Trailing off as her hand felt for a spare Pokeball, she looked down to her holster with a frown. They were all there but she couldn't grab them, as if some unknown force had made them unusable. Gritting her teeth, the only other option would be to grab Tenebrae and run. But to where? The door was being guarded by this Pikachu, it was another task they had to overcome. Then even if they managed to dash past the electric type, there was no doubt the Espeon would intervene. The memory of the previous room flowing back, she could only wonder with Tenebrae; there was no way of knowing what else would be waiting for them.
His eyes trailing over her as she went to choose a different Pokemon, he remained silent, noticing that she was unable to use something else even if she wanted to. Leaving him with no choice, he had to continue. Without another order given by Sharada, he lunged forward into another Pursuit. He wanted to get out of this place just as much as she did but depending on what was up ahead and the fact that neither of them were very strong or could control their emotions properly, it was looking unlikely.
