Watching as the events unfolded Senchi couldn't help but wonder if even the combined efforts of the trainers would be enough. The power of that beam attack was devastating, surely nearly anything taking a hit from that would be hurting if not worse. He had the shield his face from the residual debri of the blast. What in the world started this fight any way ? he wondered as Toph rolled passed him picking up it's speed to go in for another attack. He knew he had to get on board with whatever the game plan was as he raises his voice calling out to the nearest trainer. "Hey! what's the plan? We definitely need to draw it from the other trainers " The young trainer took in a deep breath looking up at the legendary wondering what he could really contribute, all he had was base form Pokemon but that didn't seem to stop any of the other trainers. It was still hard to believe the carnage unfolding, either way he had to take Action. "Ok Toph use another rollout and aim high this time. Let's try to draw it's attention from the injured." Saying as he watched his tiny rock type take off in a flash zooming right by two trainers eating something at a camp fire. Which in this situation he found strange.  Toph l.v. 10 Rollout (2nd time) |

"Draw the thing away from other trainers?" Sara thought to herself, as some of the trainers started shouting and making noise. "We'll leave that to them Tartarus. The last thing we want is to draw the attention of the Lugia." Tartarus looked at Sara piteously, as the small rat had been in direct contact with the monster, and Sara had just been sneakily trying to avoid making much noise or drawing its ire. You would have to be crazy to want the attention of a monster like that! "Alright Tartarus, get in there and give it a good bite!" Sara said. Tartarus chittered in agreement, before charging forward into the fray with the other Pokemon.

When Einstein heard the loud order of Light screen given to some other pokemon, she relieved collapsed in the sand and the shimmering shield, she had fought to keep up between the Legendary beast and everyone else on the beach, faded away to nothing. It would soon be taken over by another but Einstein would have a well earned rest. Lei frowned and glanced at Penelope, "other ways of distracting it would be great yes, but I'm not sure how we can le louder than what is going on already. Perhaps some unexpected light or sounds which you wouldn't usually encounter on an island like this?" She suggested, "and just to your information, I never expected the lugia to be distracted of seeing a pokeball, I hope to distract it by it being sucked into one, and then break out again and having to readjust to what is going on around it."She looked expectantly at Penelope for a moment, but as she didn't instantly jumped to the gun with some amazing idea, Lei cupped her mouth and shouted "Hey! Anyone having any ideas or anything useful which can distract the Lugia? Sounds or lights which aren't seen around here? Sounds? Anything?"As yet another trainer joined the fray and she smiled grimly, "the plan is to survive!" She shouted and then grinned, "we're doing alright though I think, now its up against something like this." She gestured to the legendary. "The plan is to weaken and confuse it, make it miss its attacks and the hammer it with everything we got," she explained as she walked closer to Kinjo so she didn't have to shout all the time. "Did you hear my shout before? If you have any idea of something which could distract it, let us know!"She grinned and played with a pokeball in her hand, before she spun around and hurled it at the legendary. Her last one she thought got destroyed by the winds whirling around the lugia but she had plenty to spare, at some point one would get through and hit it, right? Aron ran as fast as it could to try protect Aurora but it was too late, "I said you should stay behind me," it said distraught and then looked around wildly. "Watch out!" It shouted to the sandshrew which was rolling straight at the legendary beast, how should it protect the others if they kept going that close?! It ran after and would try get the beasts attention by slashing it with its claws. "Hey! Big boy! What about facing someone your own size?!" It shouted and fully meant itself even though it dwarfed the white monster.

Selenia is surprised her Raider is still alive. The group is lucky for only having one of the Pokemon to faint this time. She hears the call of doing something unsuspecting like a random sound or light. It takes her several minutes but she can't think of anything her Pokemon can do which would make such things. Water types aren't known for any real sound effects or light. Now she regrets not going further into her coordinator career.
"I don't have any ideas for distractions but I can have Raider do another helping hand. I hope it helps someone who has a strong attack."
She then looks at the remoraid who is playing in the water close to the beach heard something about helping hand. Raider turns to see what Selenia is talking about. Selenia points towards the other Pokemon. Raider gets closer to the other Pokemon and performs helping hands.

"Aurora!" Aphrodite called out to her majestic artic fox-like Pokemon as she watched the legendary Pokemon's body ram into her Alolan Ninetales' body and knocked her out for the count. "You done well, Aurora. I will not let your hard work be in vain," she added before returning Aurora back inside of her Poke Ball. She would then take a few seconds to debate on which Pokemon she should call out next to fight against the Lugia. Meanwhile, she could hear her teammates planning to distract the Lugia in hopes of attempting to capture it. If Aurora was still able to fight, she could have easily confused the Lugia again or either distract it with a Dazzling Gleam. Oh, well. She would just have to figure out another way to help out. Besides, she did not really believe that any of them would be able to capture the Lugia. After watching one of her teammates set up another Light Screen, Aphrodite soon got an idea of which Pokemon she should send out next. She would move closer toward the Pokemon controlling the protective screen before releasing her next Pokemon. "Bijou use Reflect!" Aphrodite commanded her Carbink. Without a single word, Bijou would set up a wonderous wall of light that shimmered like stunning diamonds.  Carbink | Lv 25 used Reflect!

A bright beam of light shot out from Zaiden's bag, calling forth a blue colored dog that ran around barking at all the other Pokemon excitedly. "Hey guys, you're all doing an amazing job!" Jinrio wagged his tail as he bounced on his tippy toes and raced up to the Rattata as he pawed the ground. "I sensed that our very lives are in danger, so I came to join the fray!" Jinrio explained, and would in turn zip over to the yellow armadillo, strange grey armored 'dino-like' Pokemon, and all the others in turn. Jinrio bounced excitedly by Carbink as he barked, "Great plan with reflect!" But what could he do? Jinrio thought hard about it and studied the weakened titan before them. What could he do to help turn the tides of this battle? Something that monumental surely wouldn't feel a simply Tackle, would it? Jinrio highly doubted it. He paced back and forth, muttering underneath his tongue as he tried to decide what he could do in the moment. Surely, he'd appeared for a reason - and that reason was to help ensure they lived, even if it meant sacrificing his life to do so - but he barely knew any worthwhile attacks. At least, he wasn't so sure which of the two attacks that he had would be the best to use. Tsubasa landed down beside him, having forgotten she had been previously battling the beast this entire time, and began preening herself.

Lei didn't notice that Horizon took over the light screen, it was still up so that was all which mattered to her. She did notice that some of the other trainers seemed to be successfully salvaging marshmallows from the drowned campfires Lugia had dozed with waters earlier. She didn't get why they thought them to be so important. She tried to call to her aron to continue to use rock type moves and stop running around between the other pokemon, but it was too far away to hear her. Lei herself didn't have any ideas for how to distract the lugia other than with her pokeballs. Her last one had missed by a mile but she just threw yet another one. "Danger? I doubt it, but you all need to stay back and let me take the hits, I'm armored!" Aron commented to Jinro and turned to shout at the Lugia. "Hey! I told you take someone on your own size! Are you scared of me?! Stop right there and listen to us for a moment!" The little steel type shouted and tried to build a wall of rocks, right there on the sand to bury the Lugia the way it buried them. Speaking of being buried, Lei's geodude finally managed to dig himself out from under the rocks Lugia had dumped on him, and he looked around bruised and battered.

The Lugia conjured more rocks at them, slamming onto the poor Sandshrew and the Rattata. They were almost done with the Lugia, and they just needed to whittle it down further more. She could switch to her stronger Pokemon, but not now, as the Lugia could take some more weakening before she went all out. "Use Struggle Bug again, Horizon!" She shouted again, once again cupping her mouth. The quiet bug hummed and then prepared for her Struggle Bug attack. The Struggle Bug wasn't a strong attack, especially against a Psychic and Flying type Pokemon. However, its secondary effect of lowering special attack would be very handy. One of the trainer had sent out an energetic dog. Penelope held onto her marshmallow stick carefully, so as to not drop it and hoped the stick wouldn't poke someone brutally. She can't help but shout at the blue dog, "Hey, calm down!"
Now, she had a very small window of time to think if she would send out her Azumarill or Diggersby next.

Watching as Leia walked toward him explaining the situation and asking if he had heard her before. Unfortunately he hadn't and he felt kind of bad that she had to repeat herself. It was just hard to hear over the battling, trainers screaming mixed with Pokemon battle cries. Senchi gave a shake of his head thinking hard on her question of ideas. "I may actually have an idea, although I have no idea if it would work and it's going to sound somewhat crazy. Turning his gaze toward the on going battle the boy rubbed his chin a little.lookimg back at Leia. " Growing up in Fuchsia City,. my dad and I used to attend the battles at Koga's gym. Some of the long range attacks like Hyper beam, Fire Blast or Thunder bolt from the Pokemon battling there would give off small blast waves as an after effect. I know it's not enough to effect the thing we are facing but what if all of us focused long range attacks in one spot at the same time. Do you think the combined attacks would create a shock wave big enough to disrupt it or at best knock it out ? Even if we don't go with that I'm on board for anything. " Kicking a bit of sand Kenji couldn't help but fell like an idiot, it probably sounded better in his head then it did out load. " Sorry.. I know it probably sound kind of stupid. Saying as he noticed the legendary fall from sky as rocks fell on Toph and a near by Rattata. Kicking in to high gear Senchi left the side of Leia checking on the ground type in hopes it would be ok as he started trying to dig his friend out of Rock pill. "Toph! Toph ! Are you ok?!Not being able to reach his friend Senchi spun around releasing a pokeball as the small fire lizard appeared as his hands started to shake. He was very angry, he couldn't reach either his friend as the worst ran through the small trainers head. "Charmander Char.. (" Hey what's going on.. why is there so much.... ") The fire lizard stopped in her tracks as she noticed the giant, the destruction and injured Pokemon and her upset trainer. It was all painted very clearly. Waving her hands frantically Emith kicked senchi trying to get his attention. "Char! Char ! Charmander" ("come on boss! Get ahold of your self! Well all need to work together. I shouldn't be the voice of reason here.") Senchi gave a shake of his head slowly snapping out of his fury. He didn't know what the small Charmander was exactly saying but he knew everyone had to pull together. "I'm sorry Emith I almost lost my cool. Listen let's put up a distraction to let everyone regroup. Create a smokescreen in the largest area you possibly can." Looking at all the other trainers he hopped they could all pull together and figure something out.  l. v. 9 Smokescreen |

Even in its weakened state, and with numerous debuffs to its stats, as well as two different barriers shielding the various trainer's Pokemon, there was no denying that Lugia was truly a force to be reckoned with. As he continued to munch on the smore in his left hand, and grip an empty Pokeball in his right, Shinya watched as the Diving Pokemon KO'd two more Pokemon with a single attack. Fortunately for the Bug type trainer, his own Pokemon wasn't one of them. In fact, he wasn't even sure if Lugia was aware of Joltik's presence or not. After wrapping her Electroweb around Lugia's wing, the Attaching Pokemon refused to let go of the legendary Pokemon, staying attached to its body and holding on for dear life, as she awaited the next order from her trainer. However, it was anything but a comfortable ride for the small Bug/Electric type. "Joltik! Jol! Jol! Tik! Tik!" Lugia's Pressure, combined with its immense size and power, caused Joltik to feel extremely uneasy. Nevertheless, she continued to cling to Lugia's huge body with a determined look in her eyes, wanting more than anything to make her trainer proud. And proud he was. Shinya grinned at his tiny companion, very pleased by her level of determination and strength of will, despite her young age. "That's the way, Joltik! Let's show the beast of the sea that bigger isn't always better! Use Struggle Bug!" Shinya decided to do as Penelope had done and add Joltik's Struggle Bug attack to Horizon's for double the Bug type damage and double the special attack lowering. "Tik! Joltik! Joltik!" The Attaching Pokemon shook her entire body, hitting Lugia at point blank range, still refusing to loosen her grip on the beast of the sea.

Oberon traced a thumb across a pokeball, frowning at the tide that raged across their sunny shores. It was a hard hitting fight, with so many pokemon lost under the wreckage of stone and storm. "Lochlan, come back!" They finally decided, the red light streaking through the air until it caught the squirtle's tail, driving him back into the ball with a muffled protest. Selecting the pokeball beside it, they called out their own bug-type challenger. "Wander. Let's see if we can help slow Lugia down. Once they've struck and are in waiting, use your string shot. Okay?"
The little wurm nodded, just too excited to be in a fight! Who cares if he was actually fighting a god, it was going to be a great story for back home!

Aphrodite soon found herself being slightly distracted by the adorable, odd-colored puppy POkemon running around the battlefield. The Rockruff seems to be full of both energy and spirit. Aphrodite just hoped that it would not get hurt by the raging Lugia. While watching the Rockruff, Aphrodite was able to overhear one of the younger trainers to develop a quick plan. "Hmm, that doesn't sound like a terrible plan," she stated, finally taking out enough time to communicate with those around her. "Alright Bijou, use Rock Blast!" Aphrodite commanded her Pokemon, praying that Bijou's attack would make contact with the Lugia's body at least 4-5 times. Carbink | Lv 25 used Reflect!

Zaiden walked over to the group enjoying the stale marshmallows from the ship. He scratched the back of his head with an uneasy and nervous glance. "Mind if I...have one...?" He asked Trixie as he glanced away and stared at the ground near the sides of his feet. Social situations made him anxious and he found it difficult to know how to communicate with others on any normal day. Though, faced with the possibility of their lives ending...Zaiden liked the idea of at least sitting down and having a final meal. And MAN... what he wouldn't GIVE to taste normal human food again! Beyond whatever they fished up or found in the woods!Jinrio rolled back across the sandy stretches of the shoreline with a painful oof! He jumped up and began licking his wounds. Man, did that hurt! Though the pain ached through every fiber of his being, glancing around at the other Pokemon and seeing the Aron that had had acted confident as though there was no danger in sight was easily taken out by the large beast. "Don't worry!" Jinrio barked, wagging his tail. "I will avenge you!" He ran over to the electric bug "Got any electric moves to shock this birdie?" Then he rushed over to the red caterpillar. "It looks like it attacks in a very specific pattern. Anything to hit it with instead, or perhaps something to weaken its defenses?" And eventually, Jinrio would rush over and leer at his opponent with a ridiculous grin. "Hey, big meanie! You thought that hurt me?! It barely tickled!"
