While the other trainers rushed about, sending attacks flying and defending against them, Trixie was handing out s'mores in her small area near the fires. She passed one to a rude punk ("Why, you're welcome! Darling!") before another trainer's Remoraid sent a Surf attack washing out toward the bird, splashing all over Citrine and nearly putting out the fire in the process. "Hey! Watch it! We're supposed to be on the same side!" she snapped at the fish Pokemon's trainer, a tall blonde in fancy clothing. Then the Lugia's counterattack occurred - and splashed all over the fire and marshmallows alike! Citrine huffed in a panic, and his back flared, the little mouse Pokemon furiously blowing flames out of his mouth to relight the waterlogged fire. He managed it - barely - and then collapsed in a heap. "Citrine, why don't you take a rest?" she said, recalling her Cyndaquil and sending out something sturdier - a costumed Stunky who emerged from her Pokeball with a flourish. Trixie would be briefing Panzy on the situation as quickly as she could before she noticed a boy walk up to her. He shyly asked if he could have a s'more, and she practically thrust one into his hands. "Of course!" It might not have tasted all that good anymore, but that was hardly her fault. Though truth be told, her eyes were on the boy's shiny Rockruff instead. She wanted to ask him how he got it, and where perhaps she might find one of her own. But that could wait for later. The battle was still raging!

Lei frowned, her pokemon weren't doing very well this time around. The other times it had often been because the legendary beast had focused on the strongest pokemon, she narrowed her eyes as she had a hard time believing her pokemon was that now, even in this pathetic lot of a group. Her aron was knocked out pretty easily when the lugia turned its attention on it, and she let out her next pokemon without any hesitation. It was too far out for her to have any chance of hitting it with the beam from her pokeball and she was not going to risk herself getting too close to Lugia. "Charge up, be ready to to zap it out of the sky," she told the strangely looking voltorb who began to hum quietly as electricity began to dance around it. "That's it big baby! Do you think..." Aron shouted at the lugia when it finally turned on it, and then got cut short as it got kicked deep into the sand and darkness closed around it. Geodude pressed himself against the sand and closed his eyes hoping he wouldn't get hit again. He opened an eye when nothing happened and then dragged himself over the sand and grabbed the aron, with one last glance at Lugia and the tiny pokemon crowded around it trying to deal with the huge beast, he began to drag himself and the aron out of the fray and back to Lei.

Oberon picked up their pen and resumed writing, scribbling down what hastily seen moves and pokemon could be spotted across the beach. The fray had made all of them almost ferocious despite the knowledge that these trainers didn't seem like the type to attack humans on a whim. "See if you can string shot Lugia's wing, Wander. If anything, it'll help distract from the multiple attacks." Wander gave a tiny nod and crawled as close as the baby Wurmple could get before shooting off a stringy web towards one of the legendary beast's wings.

Seeing that others had responded well to their Pokemon being chosen by the Lugia and taken a hit, Penelope was thinking her next move. Horizon had landed the Struggle Bug successfully, and she finally had to make a decision whose turn it was next to battle. She thanked her Vivillon's help and recalled the bug back to her side, still next to her fluttering. Then, she grabbed a Pokeball and tossed out her nonchalant Azumarill. "Looks like I'm switching Pokemon too," she spoke, taking a bite out of a marshallow finally, after it cooled. "I don't have any Pokemon with good long range attack, but I know Zuroy could help out with her resistance to the Ancient Powers."The Azumarill swayed side to side, getting herself ready to attack the giant legendary Lugia. It looked like everyone else was getting ready for a final attack or two. Penelope wanted to see if she could squeeze in a Tail Whip before having her Azumarill attack for a little more damage, or maybe that won't be a good idea.

Watching on as the legendary maid it's next move knocking the poor bug type hard on a rock. Small pieces splintered off smacking Emith and Senchi extremely hard. Pain ran down the boys face felling his forehead which obtained a few cuts. Looking around noticing a few of the other trainers had about the same luck. Letting out a sigh he shook his head. " I don't think we can hold back any more. Lets hit this thing hard Emith. I'm positive we can still win. find a clearing and use your new move ok buddy? " " Charmander! Char!" ("It's about time we thought on the save wave length! Hurry up and keep up.) Before Senchi could finish his words the fire lizard darted off running past a few of the trainers looking back calling out to it's trainer and almost tripping over a Voltorb. The fire lizard was hurting for sure that wasn't going to stop her. Finally finding a clearing in between Leia and another young trainer that commanded Around. Looking back she say the Senchi face plant hard in to the sand as he screamed at her. " Don't wait on me! Do it! Use Fire Blast!  Emith/ l. v. 9/ Attack: Fire Blast |

So far, everyone seems to have been working pretty well together and the Lugia appeared to be growing weaker. Perhaps, the group of trainers and their Pokemon would be able to take down the legendary Pokemon after. "Bijou, our opponent is getting weaker! We're going to have to give it everything that we've got, okay?" Aphrodite stated with an encouraging smile. "Bijou use Smack Down!" The jewel-like Pokemon let out a low cry before shooting forth sharp stone into the direction of the Lugia.  Carbink | Lv 25 used Smack Down!

As the battle went on, Shinya finished his smore just in time to witness Joltik getting slammed into a boulder in an attempt by Lugia to remove the Attaching Pokemon. However, even though she was in a great deal of pain, Joltik glared at the legendary Pokemon and still refused to loosen her grip on it even a little. "Joltik...Jol. Jol..." Joltik was really staying true to her namesake today, remaining attached to her fearsome foe, despite the overwhelming odds against her. Still, as much as he admired her conviction, Shinya decided that the time had come for another change up. So, using his free hand, he grabbed Joltik's Pokeball from his bag, and called her back to it. "You've done enough for now, Joltik! One of the others can finish things up from here! Come back!"Once Joltik was out of danger, Shinya put her Pokeball away, and grabbed another one from his bag, pressing the button on it before tossing it onto the beach. "It's time for the finisher! That means you're up, Dwebble! Go get that legend!" From the Team Skull grunt's new Pokeball, the Rock Inn Pokemon appeared to take Joltik's place on the battlefield. "Dwebble! Dweb! Dweb!" The Bug/Rock type sharpened his claws, poised his shell, and looked very pleased to be facing another legendary Pokemon in battle. All the while, Shinya continued to grip the empty Pokeball in his other hand, waiting for the perfect moment to chuck it at Lugia as hard as he could. True, Lugia was very weak by this point in the battle, but a legend was still a legend, no matter how weak it had become. The Bug type trainer knew that if he was going to capture this Pokemon, his timing had to be nothing short of perfection, especially with several other trainers all aiming for the same goal all around him.

As Höllenhund took multiple turns of residual damage as Tyler stared blankly at the legendary Pokemon. As the Houndoom managed to battle through the pain Tyler finally snapped out of his thousand yard stare and ordered Höllenhund to attack again. " Alright Höllenhund we have fooled around in this battle long enough. This battle should not last too much longer at this rate. Use Feint Attack again and show Lugia no mercy." He then waited to see if Lugia would somehow endure this round. If it did there was no telling if Höllenhund would be able to hang on for another full round.

Sara had barely had time to react before the monster sent out a vicious swipe which sent rocks hurdling straight towards Tartarus. He was crushed underneath them, and Sara quickly got on her hands and knees and started trying to dig the poor pokemon out. As she desperately clawed at the sand, finally she saw a white paw underneath. She pointed her pokeball and it fired out the familiar red beam, sucking the pokemon into the ball. Sara let out a sigh of relief, but the legendary pokemon was still menacingly hovering and attacking many of the other beachgoers pokemon. Sara quickly got back up, now that she knew Tartarus was safe. She grabbed yet another ball from her waist, and tossed it out. "Alright, come on out Krobus!" Sara said, tossing the Pokeball. A Croagunk appeared, and looked around curiously. Noticing the gigantic dark shadow, it freaked out a bit. "No, now's not the time for that Krobus! Get in its face, and use Astonish!" Sara called out. The frog blinked at Sara. Sara pointed, insisting. "Go on then!"

Selenia watches as everyone tries to do their part. This fight is almost completely overwhelming. Even with the power of the legendary in front of them, they are slowly twiddling away the energy of Lugia.
"Alright, Raider, let us use a water gun on this big bird. Hopefully it can't last too much longer."

The great silvery diver huffed loudly, its nostrils flaring as it whipped around to look at those that had amassed on the beach to fight it. It hesitated. Its fury beginning to be curbed by the aches it now endured from its little spat with the castaways. The legendary let loose another rung of its harmonic battle cry, seemingly to try and pump itself up to continue, but then... there was a response. An eerie chime from the depth of the ocean waves, now much quieted, shivered through the air. Its origin was far from the coast of the Secluded Beach and instantly drew Lugia's attention. It hunched even, as if suddenly scolded at a wrong-doing. It growled at the trainers around it, a moment of internal debate clear in its eyes, then swiftly lunged back into the water. The whirlpool it had made dispersing in its wake the beach was left to resume its peace.
