Appearance:

Rhoan stands at a rather unimposing 5'5", putting her in the average height for a female. Her hair is a standard red color, and her eyes are the basic and standard light blue. Her skin is the pale color standard of most red-headed humans, and apart from the occasional scar and freckle, mainly clean and flawless (acne wise). While she may seem completely average in appearance in every way shape form and fashion, there is more to her than meets the eye, though due to her secretive nature, not many get a second glimpse of her.

While her hair is red, a single white streak stands apart, resting in the front of her face. Her hair-style covers her left eye, which has a horrendous burn mark from a Pokemon attack. Her clothes are basic, and seem military issue. If there was a war, Rhoan looks as if she is ready to partake in it. Her cargo pants are brown, and her green suspenders rest at her hips. She wears a green tank top, the bare necessities that help protect against sweat and allow her to move freely. Most say she comes off as intimidating, and Rhoan allows that suspicion to stand.

Personality:

Rhoan's hair color about says it all. She's quick tempered and hot headed. Snappy at anyone she meets, it doesn't matter who you are. Stepping past her temper, Rhoan can be semi-social, engaging in conversation when she needs to. Her cold demeanor and heart can make her an outcast though, and her dislike of trainers and people alike make her hate large cities with a passion. Due to her line of work, she doesn't get too close to people in fear that she'll get exposed. Friends are an unnecessary burden to Rhoan, therefor she doesn't attempt to make friends.

The only things she likes are Pokemon. Her Pokemon. Other Pokemon she could care less about, and often do. Having experience with battling, she enjoys victory and the thrill of the fight almost as much as she enjoys her line of work and the rewards she's given. Rhoan can set aside her emotions in order to finish and complete a job, unlike many people. She thinks Team Rocket is a good idea, though she's undecided about whether to join or not. After making a name for herself in Oblivia, she moved for more prospects. Rhoan operates money on a 'strictly business' manner, and only likes strong Pokemon, those she can raise to kick ass, or those that already do.

History:

Rhoan was born in Tilt Village, a tiny village in the region of Oblivia. Her father was a drunk who walked out on Rhoan and her mother while she was still a baby. She was raised with her mother on the outskirts of the village, but a single mother raising a child by herself required her mother to work all day. Doing so, Rhoan was left along with a babysitter. When she was old enough to explore on her own (12) she started to roam around Oblivia, befriending the rangers and Pokemon.

Her first goal was to become a Ranger. In Oblivia, trainers were non-existant and Rangers kept the peace. She wanted to be around Pokemon and work with them, and Ranger was the only way she could do it. She trained with a few rangers to volunteer when she was old enough but her goals were shattered when her mother died. It was a freak accident at work, something fell and she happened to be right under it. Rhoan was then sent to live with her aunt in the Aqua Resort.

Rhoan spent her days exploring the Oblivia Ruins, until she met a shady character by the name of the Black Shiloh. He was a theif and a poacher. He stole Pokemon from their regions and sent them off to the highest bidder, mainly in other regions such as Johto and Kanto. Rhoan (18), intrigued by the fast-paced life Shiloh led, decided to train under the mediocre villain. She had a knack for keeping her head low, and an even better knack for lying and cheating.

Rhoan Xavia, following under the hunter name of the 'Red Tiger' started taking requests for Pokemon, and catching them as bounty. Due to living in Oblivia, where pokeballs were obsolete, she used her bare hands and the assistance of a tranquilizer gun. Due to this, she trained her body hard. She started taking small missions, using her gun and body to subdue the Pokemon and package them up. Business was going well, until her last Oblivian heist.

She was sent out to catch a wild Magmar for a fire trainer in Kanto. She made her way to the ruins where she'd seen the Pokemon before, and starte tracking the Pokemon. Taking the proper precautions, the 'Red Tiger' started the hunt for Magmar. Due to a gun malfunction though, Magmar was aware of Rhoan, and sent a flamethrower her way. She dodged and shot at the Pokemon, though the tail flame of the fleeing Pokemon burned her face. She has sight with the eye, but keeps it hidden by her hair. Besides, now people would recognize her. She needed to move, so she started anew in Johto. She decided to get a Pokemon and attempt to hunt in this region, though she'd have to completely change her style. Perhaps a start in Team Rocket would be best..
